Who are you when you are driving or can't sleep at night?

Chris Williamson said that who you are when you're driving or when you are scrolling through your phone and can't sleep at night is the real you. Everything else is a facade.

Do you guys agree with this why or why not?

I didn't understand this.

Why only while driving and not being able to sleep at night ?

Last 2 days I haven't been able to sleep untill 4. (This is very unusual for me)

That means I had awakened.. haha.
