I've thought a lot about what Napoleon Hill meant by Sex Transmutation. 

It's not nofap or 'redirecting' sexual energy in some way. 

It's just that you're less interested in sex so you focus on other things.

He even noted that some of this stuff doesn't come until men are in their 40s. It is no coincidence that sexual desire goes down with age.
