Brock Lesnar

8 posts in this topic

Brock Lesnar is a beast.

Early Lesnar was roided up like a mf but man, look at that physique.

Then he went to UFC and won the championship, which is totally unheard of.

This man is a true freak of nature and one of my favorite WWE superstars.

Also Leo would be happy to learn Lesnar is very nonconformist 😂

From what I know Lesnar didnt have great charisma and acting though.

His success in UFC is very unusal but comes from his actual wrestling background where he was very gifted at, not WWE.

Of course! If anything his WWE run held him back from more success in combat sports, but the money is great.

I watched the UFC around the time he was around. It was a while ago. And I am going to be real here.

He is definitely a good athlete and quite strong, but 5 - 3 - 1 is nothing to be impressed about, its one of the lowest scores in MMA. There are people who have 20 - 30 wins and little to no losses, those are the ones who are more impressive.

As for Brock, the few people he beat were old and at the end of their career, and then when he faced real champions at the end, he couldn't handle the pain of a real punch and kick nor had the skill to compete with them, so he curled into a ball and tapped out and quit the sport shortly after.

If you got people from WWE and put them up against real Olympic wrestling champions, they would get destroyed very easily.

This is not "staged" fights like WWE, that's all show. I used to watch that when I was like 10 and thought it was real too.

WWE is impressive in its own way. Your cusscessful MMA fighter wont have the charisma and acting ability of a WWE superstar.

Yes they are "actors" and businessmen in the American system, that isn't so effective everywhere else. That's where Americas consciousness is. I seen them act in movies too, they are not that impressive, they just have the looks and attitude of what sells, kinda like how sex sells, similar but with males and juiced up bodies and a little charisma and acting skills. MMA fighters are more serious because its a real fight and far more dangerous.

The irony is, the most dangerous sports get paid less than harmless ones like golf, tennis, soccer ect...

WWE is far more dangerous if you look at all the injuries and lasting damage. These guys put their bodies on the line 200 nights a year while UFC guys fight like twice a year.
