Predicting the future so accurately

How come some people can predict the future so accurately?

I'm from Sri Lanka, and we had a massive flood disaster on these dates. Someone predicted this 2 months earlier, in detail. He even said that a rescue helicopter would crash, and it happened exactly as he said. That's only one. He told multiple detailed things like that, and those happened. 

How can someone do this?

@Bluevinn I think its communicating with the moon. Think of the moon like an external hard drive for the Earth or the subconscious of the Earth. You have a subconscious in your mind, that can tell you about you or even predict events about your life, the Earth has a moon that can do the same thing.

I also had a dream for many months. Delusional. Well, how to say delusional. Hallucinatory-delusional-intuitive. That is, there is some truth to it. That was the dream. Will there be a Third World War? I see a lot of people, I'm talking to them about something, and suddenly I see an actor, bald, I go up to him, and suddenly I realize that I'm dreaming. And I understand that I can ask him any question, and he, as my own object of my subconscious, will give the answer. I ask him - will there be a war between Russia and NATO? He answered me and laughed very, very loudly. I didn't remember exactly what he said, but I should have written it down

A spontaneous thought would be that reality doesn’t follow laws and logic so anything could happen ..(I think)

But on the other hand it seems anything that manifests (anything that isn’t nothing basically) has a certain “logic” or “way of being/working”, it’s like it has to have that in order to exist . So maybe everything has some kind of logic to it, it’s possible to explain, but the logic can be very twisted and not fit into the conventional science. But for now I don’t know that particular explanation. Maybe something about how time doesn’t work like we think
