i’ve been feeling a lot more better mentally with more vitamin d both naturally sunlight and the supplement 

today was the first day i didn’t need to take cbd or any cannabis to feel normal or functional. 

i also didn’t feel tired or fatigue anymore 

so im really happy to finally feeling normal again
