Staring at the walls forever

I’m genuinely curious if I got rid of all my devices phones gaming consoles and didn’t talk to a human ever again and only ate food and pissed and shit and stared at walls all day what would genuinely happen I wonder what insights I could discover I already live a hermit life I don’t go out I stay in my bed most of the time now time to cut out all communication and stare at walls make I can have a kundalini awakening and die in my mortal body
