Habits & Disciplines Journey Entry #239 ~ Mon Oct 5 '26

Okay, so it is 9:15 am. I have to be at work for 1 oclock, which means I am going to need to leave my house by 12:30 pm. I have several things to do before leaving. 1. I want to clean my room and clean my car 2. I want to make meals for the next 3 days. (Then on Thursday I will make food for the following 3 / 4 days. 4. kriya yoga 5. shower 6. Create finances chart

I am starting a new setup with lots of new things that are going to hold me accountable in achieving my goals. A big problem of mine right now is I just don't have a very good grasp on the things that I am doing and working on. I think it would be nice to have a reminder.

Women: I have a girl in my life right now. I want to make her feel loved above all else. I want to have a profound spiritual connection with her, one in which we are helping each other grow and reach our full potential. This is not going to be a shallow relationship, it is going to be as deep as one can go

Physique: I want to have a God- like physique, I want to be tan and muscular, I want to have 6 pack abs, broad shoulders, thick thighs, a shredded and massive back, large calves, and a chest that bursts out of any shirt that I wear.

Friends / Family: I want my friends and family to feel loved. I want to make sure that I touch base with them every now and again and especially on their birthdays I want to make an effort to see them and connect with them.

Finances: I want to be saving something each month, even if its just $200 a month. Something needs to be going towards my savings account. I would like to have $10,000 in my savings by the end of a year. Right now, I have about $3,000.

Habits & Disciplines Journey Entry #240 ~ Wed Oct 7 '26

What is an ideal morning routine? Wake up at 8am, shower til 8:30, eat breakfast and journal until 9, meditate and stretch until 9:30, then im ready to head off to work. So basically I will always need 1.5 hours

What am I going to do tomorrow?

I have to pick up the car. What time do you want to wake up? Im not sure 8 o'clock is realistic..

That is the problem... I am so wishy washy. Tonight I am going to work out, that's for sure. I REALLy want to get back to a routine of kriya yoga. That is essential to my goal of clear headedness. Step one is to clean and clear my environment and my mind, this is essential for success and for happiness. Its not all about the things that you receive. There is also a big difference between receiving things and creating things.

Creation requires insight and planning and articulation. It requires conscious intent. When you choreograph something, you are trying to showcase a story. What is it that you want for this student of yours? I want her to get in touch with tye emotions that she experienced with her boyfriend.how do I get her to do that?

Habits & Disciplines Journey Entry #241 ~ Thu Oct 8 '26

when the fuck am I going to get a kriya yoga routine back... I have started to create a model of consciousness levels that fluctuate day by day. In the mornings of every day, my consciousness levels are lower. As soon as I shower and groom myself, my consciousness levels rise. As soon as I stretch and do my meditation my consciousness levels rise even higher.

The higher my consciousness levels rise, the more loving, the more selfless, the more intelligent, the more God like I become.

Habits & Disciplines Journey Entry #242 ~ Sat Oct 10 '26

What to do right now? Figure out passport, make bed, brush teeth, wash face.

What am I going to do tomorrow? I would like to wake up at 9 am and then shower, meditate, and eat breakfast / journal. Lets see how that goes. I have to leave by 10:30 to get there for 11:00 am. And then I can come back and figure out more things in order to set my life up for success..

I can't wait to have sex with this girl. Sometimes I am concerned that she is going to blow this entire thing up, if she cheats on me its over. Just like that. I don't want her to do that because I want her to be the one that I end up with in the end. But only God knows my destiny...

Habits & Disciplines Journey Entry #243 ~ Sun Oct 11 '26

I wanted to wake up at 9 am, this is going to be my new goal in general. Instead, I woke up at 10 am. I don't feel very good right now, I am sick. This girl that I'm dating really likes me. I am proud of myself for attracting her into my life.

What do I like about this girl?

I like her smile, I like her laugh, I like her jokes, I like our banter, I feel like we are on the same team, I appreciate that she checks in on me, I would love to be the man that provides her with a stable healthy relationship because thats exactly what she deserves. Its also been so easy, I've never had something with a girl that just made so much sense, and it feels so organic, like I don't even have to think about it or try that hard. I just want to be with her.

Can I see myself spending the rest of my life with her? Yes, I think so. Are there any doubts? No. The only other alternative is to not be with anyone, I'm not going to meet anyone that deserves a good man more than her.

Its funny because just two years ago, I was a virgin. Prior to that, I was lost, now I have the next 10 years of my life figured out for the most part. The only thing thats up in the air is how I am going to reach Enlightenment. How am I going to find the time to read the books that I would like to read. Also, how am I going to find the discipline to do Kriya yoga every day.

And the really nice think is that I don't expect things from people anymore, I don't crave things nearly as much. I ain't perfect thats for sure, but I have progressed.

I am rizzing this girl up, thats for sure. Is it just to get in her pants? Should I open to that possibility? I like to hold myself onto a pedestal... Maybe once I have sex with her, I want want her anymore. Should I be open to that possibility? Could I be that heinous? I really hope not. Since starting to read Mistakes Were Made (But not by me) I've been questioning where my integrity is really at. Am I as integris as I think I am? Am I as moral? Do I justify what I do so that I will feel better about myself?

These things are difficult to comprehend and thats why I journal, thats why I want to have a kriya yoga habit. I have VERY high standards for my integrity. This is stage blue, I am finally maximizing stage blue. I also have to shower and groom my hair if I am going to check that off of my list. I'm thinking I would like to check out my calendar, make some minestrone soup, try to upload another passport photo.

I feel like I'm above everybody else. Am I? Or am I fooling myself? Probably the ladder. I am self biased and I don't even know it.

Habits & Disciplines Journey Entry #244 ~ Mon Oct 12 '26

I am confused at times in regards to what to read. My schedule is all written out and I love it. But what is a positive thing to read right now? Should I just let myself drift towards whatever I want? Or would I like to have a goal of finishing a certain book by a certain date. How about this, I want to finish The Book of Not Knowing by the end of the year. Also, I'd like to read 12 books a year. AT LEATS 12 books a year. Some books that come to mind right now are:

  • How to Get Rich by Dennis Felix (B&N Audiobook)
  • The Book of Not Knowing (physical and Audiobook)
  • The Four Agreements by Don Miguel (physical book)
  • The Happiness Hypothesis (physical book & audiobook)
  • Dark Secrets Women Don't Want you to Know (B&N digital)
  • Memoirs to Her (Digital)

My sister is a joke to me. She's afraid of EVERYTHING. She lives her entire life afraid of whats to come. She's incredibly anxious, a complete people pleaser. It makes not even want to be around her. Its like I'm disgusted by her. How have you gone 35 years on this planet and haven't dealt with this AT ALL. You should be embarrassed. You should be ashamed of yourself. Now I have to officiate her wedding even though she is not into it at all, she just wants to get it over with to shut her fiance up. They've been engaged for YEARS, like 3 or 4 years. I mean what a fuckin joke of a life she is living. Truly, its a fuckin' joke. I feel for her, but at the same time, I don't feel motivated to help her. She strikes me as not wanting to help herself. Why would I waste time on someone that isn't even trying?
