I recently took 5-meo-dmt from a facilitator and nothing happened

So i recently just took part in taking 5-meo-dmt from a facilitator. I took the hit and nothing really happened other than me just shouting and getting angry.

I had no breakthrough experience which i told him, no non dual experience, no ego death, no enlightenment, nothing.Something tells me that the dosage that he administered wasn't big enough, which i told him. I was conscious the whole time while under the experience.

Keep in mind that this was in a group, another guy in the group said the same thing saying that he didn't break through either.

What went wrong here? Am I just expecting to much out of it? I think the dosage he administered just wasn't big enough.

But yeah you had no breakthrough.

You shouldn't do 5 Meo in a group setting. I would stay away from this facilitator. Is this a tourist attraction?

@OBEler  I was definitely purging some emotions, but other than that no full breakthrough to experience non duality or total ego death

You got your effects. I don't know what your question is then really. It's obvious you need a bit more for a breakthrough. Did you really expect a 100% breakthrough guarantee in a tourist attraction setting?

@OBEler I had no choice other than to choose the group setting for 5-meo-dmt right now. This facilitator held the ceremony in my state, that's why I went to do it, but I would much rather do it solo if I could.

This facilitator travels to different states and other countries and does these group ceremonies.

@Brandon L I understand, if I were you I would also do that if there are no other options. So overall was it worth the price even though you didn't get a breakthrough?

@OBEler Honestly no, not for the price I paid, because the dosage wasn't big enough.

What I've learned is that if anyone is going to do 5-meo-dmt with a facilitator or even by yourself make sure that the dosage is big enough to fully dissolve the ego.
