It speak so slow that I ve not patient to listen all but seems interesting, I think he will say that to arrive to the "absolute truth" as he says you should eliminate structures until you reach total simplicity. Total simplicity is looking at reality without a filter, directly, without structure or construction that filters, but absolutely open. You have to be here and now, staring eternity in the face, at the bottomless abyss, with nothing else to do but look at it. And at a given moment, you are the abyss, and the whole opens up because you are that. It's not necessary don't do nothing or be a monk; it's necessary for your mind to reach total simplicity by erasing all the structures that filter, the recognition that you are that and you don't need filters, just open yourself to your true nature
