Leo's 30 Day Soup Challenge Accepted

Thought I would give back and give a play  by play on the soup. I had none of the items so naturally I went to Walmart.. all together using about half organic half not $38.17 spices being more than half the bill..

Taste pretty good, curious to see how this effects the body mind, as the normal waking state is already like living in meditation. Would like to shout out to Leo and actualized.org in less than a year total 180 in life, all these quality insights and especially after enlightenment no comparison in every facet of life. If your reading this for the first time go take action, if a hard nosed logical guy like me with a military background can shed the human paradigm and shift into the timeless anyone can go... it's worth everything.

Man that soup looks amazing! Might have to incorporate soup in my diet when I'm having those late night cravings! It's light and you can eat it during the night and it won't have much of an affect on your weight. Thanks!
