The 4th Practice

@Leo Gura has mentioned 3 ways of attaining Enlightenment:

1. Kriya Yoga

2. Psychedelics 

3. Hardcore weeklong meditation retreats 

I suggest there Is a 4th practice as powerful, if not more, than these three:

4. Service / Defending Victims

If you dont do this, you Will get trapped on a constant competition for Power and you wont Awaken as easily, for social power Is antithetical to Truth.

Imitation of the Powerful always leads to rivalry and Conflict. And although you Learn and get perks from doing this, you lose yourself on human Power games and get driven away from GOD.

That Is how to live in society while living a Godly life. Don't imitate the rich, wealthy and powerful. Imitate and serve the poor, the marginated and the sick. Often they can teach you More Humility than Any Powerful person.

Only then will Your (My) Ego die.

I think this practice Is at the CORE of Christianity.

For Christ himself was a Victim and appealed to the Sick and poor but despised the Power-seekers.

Thinking about It, Christ was pretty liberal.

Read A course in miracles. You are doing everything to yourself. You planned everything precisely. To keep you here in pain. You love life so much. Let's persecute the whole world so they will persecute me back. Let's rush headlong to death so we can start over and do the same next time round. Maybe one day I will be happy.
