I remember watching a pirated Owen Cook marketing Course years ago and he mentioned how he "didn't realize investing was a thing you should do until like 40 years old and had always reinvested into the business/helped his friends out until about 40" ... by that point it was too late because hes older and stuck in a cycle of earning/spending/reinvesting(into the business machine) ... i remember him saying with that deep look "... maybe its because i didn't wanna know, I didn't wanna allow myself to know, i'm a co-dependent, i had to help my employees out instead of reinvest", it took him 40 years just to realize that you can compound wealth (and grind less) by just investing some of your profits over time, that u can buy gold, bitcoin, assets (and you're kinda fucked if you dont) in the long run

Useful POV but considering Owens POV, its extremely relative and almost pathetic in a sense.

He may have wasted a lot of the money he earnt and im sure he could've had many millions more and it sucks

But lets be real

Owen is a spoilt fat pig

He's even spoken about clients paying him $20K then forgetting to turn up to the coaching and being too rich to care about it

I'm not a socialist

its just his vibe and perspective

I dunno if im the only one who sees through him, but he acts like he's thsi american dream ultra hard working champion

He obviously does work a lot .. but its coming from a position of disgusting privilege and leverage. It's difficult to relate to him

I feel like on an intuitive level he doesnt even really understand what the real world is like and how much hell most people go through just to save a couple hundred grand, he probably complains about earning that in a month.

I watched Leos decisiveness video about 2+ years ago

in the last year I'm only really starting to fully get it

Feel the same way with INTROSPECTION

  1. Decisiveness
  2. Introspection

These 2 are batman and robin(joker), What would I do without you?, noo youuu COMPLETE ME!

But these 2 are extremely practical, just in meta/trans-practical way, it's meta practical, OS Change

Both tie into each other because you start instinctively introspecting the indecisiveness within your body, as its happening, saving you time.

At 19, I used to smoke weed and walk into a store and take like 15 minutes to decide what chocolate to buy, then forget i did that and do the same thing the next day and never learn my lesson. Thats Peak NOspection, and it cost me multiple fucking years of my formative years.

anyway i get indecisive

but i notice it sooner and FEEL into it SOONER than before

relative to what my starting point was (beyond human bad) it is a big accomplishment already

Discipline is the Key to Peace

Not arguing to live like a stoic, or to wake up at 5AM, or to quit alcohol or cigars or anything

Those are all content

You can be a heavy cigar indulger and still have Discipline & especially Peace

Not saying "Should" start smoking cigars, my point is that if cigar smoking doesnt negatively impact a guys life much, and hes ok with it, and it doesnt create painful chaos and stress for him and fits wtihin his appropriate orderly structural framework within the context with which he smokes , then for him, it doesnt matter, his life ist still in order either way.

I quit smoking, but for me for example, smoking a cigar could be ok, if it was in my cheap casual clothes, but doing it impulsively with nice clothes on before I went out to socialize, that would be against my discpline and cause stress and i gotta remove the fucking odour, and also accidentallly inhaling would cause me stress because im aware of the fact that smoking only a cigar and not inahiling is like 10* less damaging than smoking a cigarette (interesting distinction but it is a precise one), I will never smoke actual cigarettes or inhale again

Discipline is doing what u need to do, for YOU, not what slef help gurus say you need to do

For me its always having my physical stuff together, first and foremost : bags, clothes, battery packs, electronics, pill boxes, notebooks, food prep/water/water bottle, clean floor befroom hygiene, order, laptop setup the right way, bed sheets cleaned, all that stuff comes first, and when I stop doing it, my mind and body goes into a consistent and inescapble state of stress, this can then cascade into other problems, butterfly effect. MUST keep physical shit in order at all times

2. Corrolary is Digital (& some paper) Organization

Both are 2 core pillars, must have both or u fall apart

1. Clear room/physical items/clothes prep (Also requires spending and investing in these items - like cant concentrate at the cafe? Should have bought gd bluetooth overhead headphones & invested in it, $50 - $200, otherwise your fucked you'll just sit at the cafe for 5 hours and get nothing done .. when those 5 hours add up hundreds or thousands of times, then you'll realize how foolish you were for being cheap

2. Google sheets/drive, tracking, sheests, metrics, reports ect.. list goes on

Basically Te + Technology/software

But rarely is it complicated or complex software

Productivity gurus just need more videos to make and things to talk about, so they overcomplicate by necessity, but its a disservice

ITs mastery and discipline of doing simple things, like Google sheets, updating your net worth regularly on a google sheet for awareness, motivation & trajectory. Difficult to sustain because requires discipline, consistency and self honesty, but mechanically or cognitively, its easiest thing int he world, not rocket science

Te is characterized by a focus on organizing the external world through objective logic, efficiency, and measurable results.

Te-users are driven by a desire to create order, solve problems effectively, and achieve goals through logical analysis and systematic planning. They value truth, efficiency, and results, often prioritizing facts and data over emotions or subjective feelings. This function is associated with strong organizational skills, a preference for clear processes, and the ability to direct others to execute tasks efficiently.

Individuals with dominant Te, such as ENTJs and ESTJs, are often described as decisive, goal-oriented, and effective in leadership roles

Te-dominant individuals demonstrate efficient use of mental energy by focusing on essential information and measurable outcomes, which allows them to enter a mentally stimulated "zone" when making decisions or completing projects. They are less concerned with the minutiae of implementation and prefer to delegate tasks to others, allowing them to focus on strategy and oversight. While Te-users value external rules and structure, they are also known to challenge rules that lack logical consistency.

Te is distinct from Introverted Thinking (Ti), which focuses on internal logic and consistency within one's own mental framework. In contrast, Te seeks to impose logical order on the external environment, often using visual tools like flowcharts or schedules to organize processes

Characterized by a drive to structure, systematize, and execute plans effectively, prioritizing facts, data, and proven methodologies over subjective feelings

Bad Brain fog i cheated my chicken/rice diet this may not make sense

The nuance of knowledge and critical thinking

It took me so long to become a true critical thinker > I used to think "exercise, what a beautiful and perfectly healthy activity, there is no problems with exercize, its like drinking water, it's pure and healthy, thats it, nothing to question about it"

But exercize (and im not talking about walking or natural movement here), can be overdone and become an addiction

You can get addicted to "functional fitness"

Maybe you're VO2 max is amazing, but you're not even sleeping enough, and abusing caffiene

sometimes like a headless chicken i'd be doing intense runs at night, listening to motivational video thinking I was ascending

When really i was just raising cortisol at the worng hours and ruining sleep for little benefit

It took me so long to realize all the distinctions of exercize modes : functional training & aesthetic training

Now this is a distinction

And ive always been the same

i always wanted to look good

but it took me years to even realize this was a distinction, in hindsight it seems so fucking obvious & low IQ

E.G sometimes "functional fitness" guys actually look a little worse, paler, a little gaunt. Bu there VO2 max is great ect.. No judgement to them if they're happy and value that

Its just, distinctions, distinctions distinctions, nuance, precise sub categorizations of broader topics. "Exercize" like what the fuck does that mean? its too vague.

(2) WALKING : (Another point about knowledge is its easy to arrogantly assume you know everything there is to know about simple things, you overlook them)

But actually, you could spend like 3 hours studying walking, or asking chat gpt about walking, and it genuinely is interesting af surpirsingly, I learnt a lot about walking recnetly

And because i didnt KNOW enough about walking, i actually neglected it for years, "Inneficient" because it burns too much time" ...

but Learning about WALKING motivated me to cold approach even more

Because rather than "ah i have to walk for 4 hours" its "holy shit I get to walk for 4 hours, I might meet a beautiful girl, and if I dont, i'm lowering body fat and doing 1 of the number one natural things that enhances aesthetics and attractiveness AND posture, it also lowers cortisol, and with walking its almost impossible to over do it or "overtrain", if it even is possible, then i gaurantee the threshold for it is significantly higher than any other form of exercize. You can even do it at night or close to sleep and it won't reduce sleep quality, may even enhance it because it syncs you to natural daylight rhythyms.

(3) is contradictory to everything i just said but also necessary paradoxically : the wisdom of Anti - knowledge > All knowledge & the logical mind is secondary, life just exists, no one is perfect, cant know everything, life exists the world exits have to get out fo ur logical mind, just walk, fuck reading about it

(4) another thing hierarchy and prioritization

- Took me a while to realize that many "unhealthy people" are healthier than me

they dont gym, maybe they even smoke and drink beer

But lower cortisol, easier lives, they sleep better, if they're happier

see its priority

Can be fat but not stressed, can be fat but sleep deep
