Because my self still feels absolutely real, even if it’s very “thin/small”. So that realness could go away at any time, regardless of how much has dissolved.

Here it just became so obvious that it wasn't real, it's as if it became starved of energy overtime.

Like a water valve slowly being turned off.

Tension in the body drastically decreased as well!
