Leo, Do You Feel Stress After Posting a Video?

Do you feel some anxiety and stress after uploading an important video?

Does your mind go "what if this or the other scenarios".

I will find it hard to believe if you say no  because the mind is analyzing data all the time, and gets anxious when it feels overwhelmed..especially when thinking about long-reaching consequences some uncertain action has..

There is more stress in organizing the content of the video than dealing with its release.

I used to stress more, but these days the content I release is so solid that there's little to stress about other than creating it.
