A few thoughts on Conflict and Harmony

The Word Conflict 'El Conflicto'  is what I saw when I saw The Kingdom of Heaven.

It is my Life Purpose to understand Conflict and Harmony.

Here are a few reflections on conflict.

What do you guys think? Anything to add?

  • What makes you angry? Because behind every anger there is a need, and Humility is putting the needs of others before my own.
  • I come third. First the Will of God, then that of others, and finally my own.
  • When my desire impedes the fulfillment of another's desire (or vice versa), Conflict arises. Therefore, what Benito Juárez said is true: Respect for the rights of others is Peace.
  • Self-control is subjugating my personal desires so that the Will of God and that of others is fulfilled before mine. Self-control is the greatest requirement for Humility and Holiness.
  • Offense is the impediment to the fulfillment of another's Will.
  • The impediment to the fulfillment of my Will can generate pain that manifests as anger or sadness. Anger is the most evident symptom of offense.
  • This is why having few desires generates few conflicts with others.
  • Reconciliation is the most effective way to enter the Kingdom of Heaven and it means going immediately to the physical place where your brother is and talking with him (and making amends or changes if necessary).

Holy Spirit, I REFUSE to do my S(elfish)atanic Will. Help me, for I strive to see your Kingdom.

[Matthew 16:24-25] 24 > “If anyone would come after me, let him deny himself and take up his cross and follow me.
25 For whoever would save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for my sake will find it.”

Also,

  • All Conflict arises from desire. The hallmark of being human is desiring what others have and competing with them.
  • Competition for an object of desire with another generates a winner and a loser and all illusory forms of authority prestige.

Also:

  • Conflict permeates all of human relationships. Once you see it, you begin to see it everywhere. Therefore, communication, negotiation, amends, and reconciliation generate Heaven on Earth.

  • Conflict is addictive.

Conflict is inevitable. If someone takes something I'm building because it's necessary for my survival, we'll have a conflict. This has been the case since humans lived in caves.

It could simply be a business conflict. If someone makes something you're making and does it more cheaply or better, you'll have to compete with them. Optimize your production, reduce your margin. You're not doing this because you want to; you're doing it because you're fighting a competitor. Life, from the moment several cells group together to steal energy from other cells by killing them, is conflict.

The only way to erase the conflict is if you can access to infinite resources. Then you would be transcend life.

Many times there is a great disparity of resources. That is why we should advocate for victims and minorities.

I think my take would probably be that conflict is just energetic clashes. To extremes or opposites mixing and interacting. What's kind of cool is anybody who lives in a country that has an in-depth experience of conflict might be able to recognize that conflict actually brings a lot of strength. My country is Northern Ireland and we had three decades of an internal war. Although my country is extremely small and when I say war it was pretty bad it wasn't like the Israeli Palestinian conflict... Those guys only break the rules of engagement a little bit. The people here openly and actively targeted civilians... Cut them up, blew them up, shattered lives.

And now my generation is responsible for making progress in the direction of peace. I am responsible for making progress in the direction of peace... At least while I'm here. But I'm very very strong now. Also in Minecraft when you mix lava and water you get cobblestone which is pretty hard
