With what’s going on in the world I cannot help, but feel afraid. Though I know I can’t allow my fear to paralyze me. No matter what happens I will be brave. Knowing the suffering that the Palestinians have faced. I know I must be brave. I cannot allow their deaths to be in vain. I cannot allow myself to be drowned by fear and anxiety. I want to persevere. I want us all to thrive, I want us all to be alive. I want peace. 
Putin doesn’t scare me 

Trump doesn’t scare me, because at the end of the day we are all humans and we cannot escape reality. No matter how inferior we feel. No matter how the dictator tries to stay in power. They will never be satisfied. They will fight their entire lives trying to control. And I truly believe these dictators will be proven wrong. And if sharks can go through five mass extinctions. I think we will be okay. 
I just hope, and pray it doesn’t get worse. 
I don’t care about what happens to me, but the people I love. I can’t help but to feel such a sense of urgency. We don’t know what’s going to happen, but from here on out. I’m wishing everyone luck, safety, and good fortune.

I am looking forward to treating my ADHD again with drugs. I took over a year break from stimulants, and I do not regret that decision at all. During that long break, I learned much more about myself. These discoveries would not have been possible otherwise. Now that I'm in a much better position in my life, and have also addressed other important aspects of my life, I am very curious to see how the medication will effect me this time around. I'll likely be prescribed the same stuff I was on before. But I bet it'll feel different this time. Let's see what happens.

Lol, just reported the psychiatrist offices' Google Forms patient intake form. I noticed it was (optionally) asking to provide social security number. Didn't think Google would actually pull down the form so fast.

So jealous, I’ve got a gazillion food and season allergies while Beans got none.

Just discovered that I operate better while in an alternated state. I couldn’t make any basketball shots sober, but made a perfect shot with drunk goggles on 

The trick is to be genuinely curious and open to the mechanisms of the unknown. You can’t use the same rules that werked before.

 I have a fetish, not a fear, of the mystery.

Stumbled upon these text messages to my sister from over a year ago... I was expressing to her how much pain I've suffered with for over a decade.

 

This revelation healed our relationship. The opposite of what I wrote is true now

Today marks the first day of taking stimulant medication, after taking over a year break from it. Let’s see how things unfold now that life circumstances are much different now.

2 hours after ingestion, hyperactivity has decreased and focus has increased. A zen-like focus.
