3 Kinds of Yogis!!

2 posts in this topic

In certain schools of yoga, they classify yogis into three categories. Mandha, Madhyama, and Uttama.

Mandha - One has tasted what it means to be conscious but is not able to sustain the experience without reminders.

Madhyama - One is experiencing the inner dimensions but unable to manage the outer reality of the world.

Uttama - One is perfectly in tune with the inner and outer world.

clearly Mandha.

But I´m getting there, lately I'm trying to maintain 24/7 inner engineering reminders. So whole life becomes a vibration of the truth around me.
