Wake up from night sleep refreshed as if you're waking from a nap!

I've discovered this method by accident. I've searched on the web but I couldn't find similar findings.

It goes like this:

Few tea spoons of Apple cider vinegar ( I use Bragg brand) diluted in a bit of water, half a cup, drink an hour before falling asleep.

When I first found out about that, I was like that cannot be true, just coincident that I am waking up even without an alarm

Anyone believes this? Try it and let me know!
