This non-duality is not what ordinary human beings experience 99.99% of the time. Of course, happiness is just a perspective, but it's way better perspective than suffering. Maybe we're all God, but we're also human beings with egos and perspectives. We're either happy or suffering.

@Joseph Maynor So Joseph, you think arguing is healthy? I say it's not, but that doesn't mean we must eliminate it. Perhaps the error is necessary. I don't think becoming perfect could be achieved through striving for perfection. I think it happens naturally with time and conscious observation.

If the ego-mind was bad, God would've never created it in the first place. Watch out for this duality, love is not opposed to hatred. That's not what ultimate Love is. Love doesn't reject other aspects of reality, Love can wear a lot of masks. Sometimes Love will make you suffer, because suffering is needed. Sometimes Love will punch you in the face, because that's what is needed. Sometimes Love will create terrorism for the greater good. Just accept and let go. Love is inside of you, you can't find it in others, but you can project your love on to others, like you can project anything else.

I don't believe anyone is 100% perfect all the time. 90-99% is close to perfection, and it's quite enough, right?

@Jack Walter Leon oh, no I'm fine. I'm just giving you references for the future, so that you can think more before jumping in the middle of someone else's conversation and give conclusions. This is practically useful. As for my conversation with @David Hammond I was pointing out the guy's arrogance to himself, and I think he gets it now. To me, that was out of love. @mandyjw I'm not an expert, but here's how I'd go around neck pain: Make sure you get enough rest and sleep. Make sure your bed and pillow are comfortable enough. Try not to carry heavy things, I hear you have two beautiful kids, maybe you can find more comfortable ways to comfort them. Massage can be of great help. Don't exhaust yourself working out. There are a lot of neck exercises you can find on the internet. Watch carefully what causes the pain when it first arises, maybe it's a bad posture habit, or maybe it's something else. Check with your doctor. Medical treatment to me is the last option, but I'd use an oil for massage as for acute pain. I can't think of anything else right now, but I hope that helps.
