  1. You answered your question already! Yes, surrender.
  2. The way in is the way out. You must face what you fear. Can you be more specific with your OCD so we can offer more relevant answers.
  3. Hmmm... But if every action is pointless and there's no controller, why does it seem quite the opposite?
  4. And how egoic is that!
  5. @DoTheWork Dude! That's not hardcore. That's just being stuck at the level of the mind. By the way, your writing style is identical to Truthority. At least try to hide it next time.
  6. Like the ego even has a choice. If there is a drive, then there will be creation.
  7. That I would call intelligence lol.
  8. What practices do you suggest? Aside from psychedelics.
  9. Well then, what is the mind? Can you point to it?
  10. @DrewNows I'll leave it at that for you to contemplate.
  11. Same mistake. Circular logic. Your claim defeats itself. In other words, how do you know?
  12. I meant that I could only beat you in my dreams ? Circular logic. Your claim defeats itself. In other words, how do you know?
  13. I can't speak about what I don't know. So, whatever you say, bro. Then you don't really know God.
  14. I could beat 5 more of you even in my sleep ❤️
  15. Well, you've failed I didn't really have this issue. I was fearless. God has banned anger from ever reaching me.
  16. @DrewNows Was just offering a perspective. Take whatever you find helpful and throw everything else in the trash. Good luck Andrew! ?
  17. Here's an additional wrinkle: the fear is identification with thought-stories / thought-self. But the suffering isn't. The suffering stems from not accepting the fear, i.e. from resisting it. This distinction can make a big difference in how you deal with fear. The fear will start to decrease by time as you start applying awareness, and after enough time and practice, the fear will diminsh like it never was, and so will do the suffering.
  18. Why would you call this infinity? I would call it an inability to know beyond one's subjective experience.
  19. @DrewNows This psychological fear and suffering had been something that I struggled with for a couple of years. It basically boils down to 'childhood vows', or the shadow. For me, what did the trick was Shamanic Breathing. This simple practice is very powerful. I used to do it in strong sets with maximum duration of 1-1.5 minutes per set, and the number of sets is optional, do it as much as you can/like.
