  1. I'm not sure what you're getting at? Your post is a bit confusing.
  2. Do New agers not focus on the intellectual as much? @Carl-Richard
  3. For me that went away (not so much relationships but sex) when I started meditating a lot, dived deep into spirituality. If you're still feeling it even if after doing a lot of spiritual practices, then maybe there's something there for you to explore.
  4. I think one of the key things defining a new ager is lacking spiritual depth- which I do not. I hang out in the new age circles but I believe it's mostly to align with healing. I have made some great connections that I'm very grateful for but for the most part I'm a lone wolf. And I'm not interested in the typical dialogue about Astrology or anything else of the new age sort. I'm seeking clarity to the purpose of your post. And if someone likes to do yoga and meditate I don't see the relevance. What does that have to do with anything? New age is just a label. I agree with you that how you think is a large aspect. And to be clear, I'm not claiming to be base level Turquoise. PS: If you could please share with me the link to the video I would appreciate it, I don't see it.
  5. And thank you to everyone else for your shares! If anyone else has anything more to share, please do! Thanks so much!
  6. With all this serious work going on I find laughter is some of the best medicine. I love me some good comedy. ‘Back in the day’ loved watching Borat, Ali-G, practical joke shows, and all the Will-Ferrell and Vince Vaughn crew movies, also liked a lot Super Bad and Knocked Up. YouTube doesn’t seem to have any good comedy, most appear fake/staged and today’s comedy movies compared to back in the day are soft. Missing me some good comedy. Any recommendations would be highly appreciated!
  7. love Sunny. Used to watch it years ago, was quite obsessed about it.
  8. thank you, started watching last night! Love me some Austin vibes.
  9. you possibly don't until you get to that stage one day where you're like, oh, look, I'm not intellectualizing things anymore, that thirst for knowledge I have inside I am now going to that feeling and staying with that feeling instead (maybe until it dissolves); Hence Turquoise?
  10. I heard it last night, thank you for sharing!
  11. I think you answered it before editing a later post. In any moment I can do anything in any number of ways, quite literally an infinite number of ways.
  12. I love this, thanks for sharing.
  13. thank you! I saw a podcast with Daniel Schmachtenberger recently. I agree that he opens the mind up and gives a sense of urgency but not to sure about his view of the future. He seems a bit pessimistic for my taste. Would you agree?
  14. thank you! I might check out the movie. Started watching parks some years back but couldn't really get into it.
  15. Title says’ all. I’ve been trying to align for some time now with a bedtime routine, such as journaling, but I’m usually feeling pretty tired after dinner and resort to some more mindless activities, such as scrolling the internet, watching clips and non-dual videos on Youtube (i guess that’s not so mindless but doesn’t require much effort on my part) or animal videos on Instagram (they’[ve gotten pretty great since AI), however I will usually sit for like 10 minutes but at this stage meditating doesn’t even feel like routine anymore. How important is a bedtime routine for success? If you do have a bedtime routine please share it!
  16. I'll start it off. Last really good one I saw that I can recommend is Palm Springs with Andy Samberg.
  17. Any episodes you suggest for The Great Simplification with Nate Hagens?
