  1. Like a good, little, boy, I ask life to let me go. Life says - alright, young man, the wish will be granted... but not in your way. Your way will have to go... and so will you. So hold on tight... or not. Anyway your time is due.
  2. Maybe it's like this one?
  3. The very moment you wake up, there you are. Just like that. In a very short while, you perform a body contraction and identify with it. Ever notice that? If not, it's worth looking into. When you see it a couple of times, self-inquiry becomes much more clear, as you sort of remember, that you are not this very basic bodily feeling that you take yourself to be. How do you do it? Happened to me spontaneously, but I am sure that a sincere intention will do the trick also The very moment you wake up from sleep! Watch it! Watch as you create the I-feeling in the body! You CAN see it, actually. You can see it tomorrow morning. It's nothing difficult
  4. Every time I forget myself and selfishness creeps in, life comes with a big slap in the face of suffering and yells: "Let go, fool!"
  5. Yes.! And sleep and take cold showers
  6. We are living this life in order to experience our fullness. To experience joy and sorrow. To experience stillness and movement! Yes, dear Stone-Buddhas! Movement! Our bodies! The joy that comes from a vital body, pumping blood and sweating glands is incredible. The profound states of consciousness that you can come to through a good workout are mind blowing. This is a call to movement, call to Shakti! Explore your bodies, Stone-Buddhas! Get of your meditation seat, the throne of Shiva, and test out if you can hold onto your awakening while sprinting, playing volleyball, swimming, wrestling and generally being a human being... Here is a cool bodyweight program I follow. No need to have any equipment. Just about 30 minutes, 3 times a weak. I can really recommend it. https://breakingmuscle.com/fitness/the-ultimate-90-day-bodyweight-training-plan I think Leo, could think about this / advocate this a little more also B)
  7. something like Dr. David R. Hawkins - Letting Go. It's a wonderful book. It can get you all the way to... nobody knows...

  9. The tricky thing is acknowledging the presence of enlightenment, but keeping the search going anyway. It would be too soon to say - that's it, nothing more to do! Aaaand, here I would become the Zen-Devil. It would be foolish to say - I am lost, enlightenment is somewhere in the future! Aaaand, here I would suffer and suffer and suffer. This is it, this is what I am looking for. And I am content with looking and finding some more.
  10. That is almost exactly what I would love to create. Better education seems so important. There are schools designed by Krishnamurti. Check out Rudolf Steiner and his Waldorf education. You might like to read The Abolition of Man by C.S.Lewis. There is a little bit of info here on Integral Education as envisioned by Sri Aurobindo. Oh! And Yogananda's schools!
  11. Meditation will be the end of me. The silence is drowning my words. The emptiness negates my will. It is stronger than I could ever be. It has come to take its righteous place.
  12. This course teaches mostly hatha yoga and how to use it for spiritual growth. It teaches theory and practice of these: Asanas physical exercises 7 sets, each corresponding and healing a particular chakra Pranayama breathing excercises Chanting devotional singing communicating with higher realms and the Divine Panchatantra stories archetypal stories Meditation process of realizing the Self I would rate it 9/10. I mostly loved the asanas and the focus on cleaning the chakras. It really makes a difference for me. http://ekahfoundation.org/shop/nocn-accredited-courses/jiva-yoga-asanas-programme/
  13. What if awakening will ultimately require you to quit Actualized.org? Could you do it?
  14. Abandoning all hope of achieving any more of God with the help of a technique, retreat, teacher, habit, book, information... anything. Nothing can bring me God. There is nothing to lean on. No place for the mind to hold on to. It is radical. It is too radical to grasp, and that is why the mind keeps grasping after other things and keeps learning that there is no satisfaction there. Keeps learning the hard way.
  15. what do you mean "your Jungian Archetype"?
  16. "Know yourself to be the changeless witness of the changeful mind. That is enough."
  17. @Tony 845 Pray for a teacher. Gather your longing and bathe in it.
  18. @ajasatya @Michael569 You are right. I scheduled a visit with a physician. For now I also started doing some stretches for pelvis particularly and stopped sitting in lotus. I think the latter helped a lot.
  19. My hip has been kind of off for some time now. It is becoming more and more painful and I can't really keep putting it of. There is something wrong with the joint, I suspect. I for sure want to visit a physician about this, but I am thinking... would it be possible to heal this just with the power of the mind? I mean, it must have started in the mind somehow, right? Anyone has experiences with healing themselves like this?
  20. not that I read these, but according to David Hawkin's calibrations, these are the highest consciousness books: ~http://www.ccrtblog.com/full-list/?v=928568b84963 What is the lesson here, guys? Read the scriptures
