  1. Leo's videos make a strong impression on us because he has a strong style of presentation. If we follow them up by doing the work he suggests his intention is that the results become our own. Each video is an advertisement for the subject in it, not a commercial for the (2) products on this site. The marketing technique is to provide us with alot of valuble stuff for free. If we grow to trust and value this some of us will be happy to buy further product. Its just like tasters at the supermarket - no one is forcing you to buy. Do we feel obliged to? Yes and no. Depends on how I'm feeling. If I'm not really interested I dont taste. If I am I take it that this really is a trial with no obligation.
  2. Sat down yesterday and did nothing for two hours. Quite pleasant. Quite figity too. Didn't want to get swallowed up again, but, stuff, you know Doing 30 mins enquiry every day, 'what art I'? Drinking a litre of acqua first thing every day. Being mindful of everything when i remember. Digesting a lifetime of anthroposophy and other stuff. Looking.
  3. Thats the modern title given to a book by the young Rudolf Steiner named by him for the English speaking audience - The Philosophy of Spiritual Activity. What I want to hear is an enlightened take on the path pointed out in this book which indicates how to, instead of going to not-thinking, take thinking right round the curve until, well, one becomes enlightened. What can Leo express that the book does not make explicit? What tips and pointers from the other side experience can one having to go this route glean? Thank you in advance for the kind consideration.
