Point is to not understand women, its to understand yourself then find a woman who will love your way of emotional support.

That's the big difference between man and a woman,women is everchanging while man is always firm in who he is. You are looking to put women in a firm structure and they will never stay there, only if you are firm in yours,but that cant happen if you look to understand women but yourself and be firm in who you are. Instead of looking to why she needs emotional support, be emotional support.

Huge problem i see on the forum is lack of specific self awarness.You are just describing your interpretation of what you are experiencing,without knowing what actually you finding difficult and what situation.Then you will get as vague answer.

It all boils down to 1 self deception in dating,if one knows he is not the guy to conquer a woman he will use cheap manipulative tactics,when you are the guy then you dont need to use anything(of decieving or manipulating her mind) ,since every move one makes speaks volumes who he is and she decides if she wants to chase it.In this case you dont wait to replay 5 hours to a text ignoring her, but use every opportnuity to conquer her.Ofcourse if you are really busy , but one is never busy to reply to a text or short phone call positioning yourself to think about you.

She just said it and you ignored it now chasing begins 😏

Thinkers dont think that their thinking(now that's a sentence) should be transfered into action,if you think about abstractions/world/people you miss on the most important part.When you think about world you are reacting to it,but if you think about yourself it automatically put you in action so one avoids it.Books/videos are only there to guide you for better action.But ofcourse understanding is really important and part of action but its addicting to just keep understanding without thinking how do i apply it. So your fail is not studying but in the thinking/action transfer not thinking about how you gonna do things but just learning others ways.

I dont know why you asking this on self development forum.I dont know nothing about guns, but if you want higher quality answer you should put for what you want a gun.For home self defense,for shooting range its different answer for different scenarios.

What a goofball you are

Its simple you do the bodybuilding for 30 minutes then do the Hiit training for 10min.Eat maintaing calories .. Or you can split cardio curcuit with weights 2 times a week and 2 times bodybuilding.But bodybuilding requeres alot of focus on the muscle(time under tension). The more you gain muscle the more it will burn fat. Also feeling bulky is more about how much water you drink also. Swimming is great for it.

Every day all day for years now,just new insights upon new insights. I have like a digital notes with 10k+ pages with insights, downside is that i dont review them because new ones coming.

No matter the sources if its not personally contamplated to fit you it doesnt work.Its like downloading programs to a windows that is not made for it.
