Well there is alot to it,but what i can tell you is that no women on the planet will trust you from the start,there is little trust earned through social circle dynamic to know you are safe,she observed you, how you behave but still you will be observed carefully.So your job is to show her who you are,but you dont know who you are,you are just a regular guy.Trust is always earned,but you dont want her to trust you,it will be earned by knowing you are not judgmental,you dont have fear,you are safe but that comes from experience and knowing yourself(that will be shown just by the way you speak because she already met a guy that knows what he is doing)which pick up dont really teach...

Being a dick is being concious how crazy it sounds,when you say no when you wanna say no,when you show her the door when she disrespects,when you see that she is playing games you leave her alone,its all about being congruent to yourself ,then she will start to say things like what a dick you are,how selfish you are bla,bla,bla ... Not really the case woman who are phisicaly attractive is more prone to lower self esteem because of constantly maintaing it,being looked at etc.
