Its a long process of finding out what truly you want and wish to be or are... Everything from how you walk and talk what people you wanna be with... Like you said the more you deconstruct stuff and the more you come to the source the clearer you will see what you should be doing and who you should become but you can develop it artifically and seeing what you want because at the end of the day you only have yourself and what you wanna be and do is determen only by you and letting others influence that its the worst blockage...

You have upbringing that made you that way and now you have big expectation and no patiance and care for yourself to give yourself a time and baby steps towards the goals...it sounds like you did hard work but that is all on low level if you havent embody what you watched and sounds like you didnt...

@Karmadhi If you looking for women to validate what should be done or not you are in the wrong mindset...you should be doing what you wanna do and validate yourself to the max if you wanna be muscular do that but if women say eww i hate muscles you would drop working out?
