  1. @Gili Trawangan Oh great... What does that mean?
  2. That should make me feel better, but it actually makes me worried. I understand. Can we all have a life purpose though? Who is living their life purpose? Leo and some top musicians? Come on... I know I'm still young, and I am grateful. It baffles me that some people have everything figured out by the age of 30. How old are you? Do you have everything figured out?
  3. @nistake Maybe the ayahuasca was exactly what he needed. On one of Leo's videos he said that a person at stage orange is ready for psychedelics. He could come out of this a better person.
  4. He seems a bit childish and immature. Enlightenment is definitely becoming more trendy on YouTube these days
  5. @Junin no caffeine at all would be the way to go. Small amounts of caffeine is still addictive..
  6. @Roy quit cold turkey. That’s the only real way. You just have to grit your teeth and bare the withdrawal. It’s a horrible experience, one that I’ve gone through so many times, but the feeling of no caffeine in me is so much better. Peaceful and clear headed! I've heard that chewing a coffee bean in the morning instead of an actual cup of coffee could help wean you off, but I think you’d still be addicted. Cold turkey is the only way!
  7. Firstly, quit the coffee. Coffee drains vitamins and minerals from the body. Nothing good about coffee. Keep taking the vitamin D3, as most of us do not get enough sunlight. I've been a supplement experimenter for a few years now and the best ones I can recommend are B-Multivitamin, Turmeric, Magnesium, Zinc, Vitamin C, and Flaxseed Oil. I went to the local health shop and asked 'what do I really need?' and they said the above listed. A lot of other supplements are good but not necessary, are a placebo, or a waste of money. With a good clean diet you could already be getting what you need...
  8. @LfcCharlie4 is there any benefits to herbal tea though? I still drink decaf black tea, which contains zero caffeine, I drink it just for the taste. Decaf is the way to go!
  9. I recently quit caffeine about 3 weeks ago. I quit mainly because I wasn't getting the sleep I needed, as caffeine blocks the ability for you to get deep sleep. It was definitely an addiction. What shocks me is how socially acceptable it is. Coffee shops are literally everywhere, and most people are drinking it every day. The thing is with coffee is it's ok in small doses, but if you abuse it, it will drop you off a cliff and you feel terrible all the time. I've tried to quit so many times and kept going back. But now we can't go to coffee shops its the perfect time for me to quit, so I did. And I feel bloody amazing. Caffeine is poison! Not so far away from alcohol. Also, green tea is just as bad! It still contains caffeine. No caffeine at all is the only way.
  10. So Leo vaguely says in some of his videos about people playing ‘social games’. What does he mean by this? Manipulation? Survival? I know this is a very basic post but he hasn’t really explained in the videos what he means by these social games. Unless there is a video I haven’t seen. Can anyone - or Leo - explain what is being said here?
  11. Pissing around at school. Not bothering with school work. Biggest strategic blunder I’ve made so far. It’ll probably haunt me for life...
  12. @svnzrs I was half joking... I do think escaping ‘wage slavery’ is incredibly difficult, it’s up there with enlightenment because 99% of people fail to achieve either of them. Even if your a millionaire, you still cling to that money out of fear of losing it. The wage slavery problem doesn’t go away easily, just like the ego won’t go away easily with the pursuit of enlightenment.
  13. It’s harder to escape wage slavery than it is to reach enlightenment. You need to be thinking about life purpose in school... I’m not trying to deflate anyone, but It takes a strong vision from an early age and you have to give something of value to people that hasn’t been thought of already. A rare talent that is outstanding from anyone else.
  14. They are both very different but both really effective. Leo’s is basically Holotropic Breathwork which is good for releasing old trauma. Wim Hof method you can use any time. Stop with the ‘vs’ and enjoy them both
  15. @Carl-Richard he’s always been at Blue hasn’t he?
  16. I used to like Elliot. But the past year or so he’s really painful to listen to. He’s stuck in the past and hates the way the world is changing. It’s a shame because he could go forward. He’s shooting himself in the foot with all this crap he puts out these days. He doesn’t seem happy at all... just angry
  17. This path isn’t for everyone... I think for most people we just need some basic self help. Not going too deep with the spiritual stuff. Nobody’s forcing anyone to do anything. There must have been a reason for you to do this work..? Quit for a while and see how you feel. You might feel better or you might feel worse.
  18. I think it means stop posting silly posts like this one... I think Leo knows when someone is seriously doing the work and when someone isn’t...
  19. @Space Spot on. When they say ‘all girls’ they mean the 10% of girls that can behave like assholes. Average girls/women are generally good to get along with and most of the time won’t take you to the cleaners in a divorce...
  20. @Leo Gura How do you work part time in a big city? (Where all the girls are) I’m not trying to make excuses, but this is reality. Big cities cost lots of money to live in. Working part time just won’t pay the bills.
  21. @Deezeetho Good point. Being nice to girls doesn’t work, I’ve been trying that for some years now. You need to be confident on the edge of being arrogant.
  22. Hi all, So I’ve finally accepted that I need to approach women in the daytime sober. My biggest fear is approaching attractive women in the daytime. It’s took me over a year now to figure out what I need to do and this is the only way to do it. My question is: Is it a good idea to pay for an experienced wingman? The really experienced guys that I watch on YouTube that are in my area (London) charge money to help guys like me. Is it wise of me to book a day with these guys? Or even a week? (They do charge a lot of money...) Has anyone else been in this situation? I know this is a spirituality forum but this is the only way I’ll grow in order to do spirituality effectively. I need to fix this area of my life while I still can. I’m sorry if anyone gets offended by this kind of topic...
  23. @Hansu I live in a small town too, but I’m only 1 hour away from London, so it’s not too bad. Hot girls everywhere you go in London. How old are you? Do you think 26 years old (my age) is too late?
  24. @Hansu I will! Have you done this stuff before?
  25. @Hansu I’m probably going to have to. Just having someone push me to approach is going to be huge for me. I’m more scared of what happens if I don’t do this stuff. I’m more scared of being that guy that never even tried and ended up in a boring marriage that he didn’t really work hard for...
