If it's true then what's your problem? I'm not saying I don't want Putin to stop killing but it feels like some people really expected a war to happen without rape and murder of civilians. And everybody is demonizing Russians like they commit all the crimes because they are Russians like the first-world nations wouldn't do same things and wouldn't commit worse crimes. I'm just saying that all humans are violent animals but it's so pleasant to think that it's only humans from some other tribe and we are better than them.

I agree. Putin ignited the flame, US and NATO are feeding it. Ukraine is burning. Putin and NATO are warming their hands, Ukraine is burning. There was even a lovely conspiracy theory that Putin is an agent of western governments and he was recruited while he was serving in Germany to destroy Russia and nearby countries. It hardly has anything to do with reality but judging by Putin's and NATO actions it makes sense.

Aren't all kids in fact asexual until puberty? When I was a kid I didn't care at all about anything romantic if it wasn't in form of games, I heard about gays and lesbians, and sex, but it was completely unrelated to my life and my friends, and I didn't become homophobic until much later. Often girls wanted to be boys and pretended they were, because boys get to do all the cool stuff, but with sexual development they would forget about that and become "normal" girls. I mean come on, kindergarteners? We had the same bathroom for boys and girls in the kindergarten in my country, and we were there until we were 6 to 7 years old. how could we have any interest in sexual things? I also thought that men pee into vaginas during sex until I was nine . It's not an argument against the bill or in support of it, it could be used for both actually.

So wanting teachers in school to teach your kids science is against stage yellow? Because I can't see how confusing kids with sexual orientations and genders until they hit puberty is a healthy idea.

And if they were soldiers of another nation in the same situation it would be different? Isn't that very naive? "Rape is wrong" is just moralizing. Not obvious at all. Every man says rape is wrong but would they abstain from rape when there's no consequence? Like when they took over a settlement during a war and everyone else is doing it or when it's your wife and the blue society of that country doesn't really consider rape within a family a rape? Rape is deep in men's nature. And those actions speak louder than words .

And how does it help? Lack of human rights in Russia is what led to this war in the first place. But no one cared a few months ago for some reason. No one cared about torture, murder and rape in Russian prisons, about repressions and assassinations in politics etc. Why is that? Maybe because they didn't see any profit for themselves in caring and now the do?

What's important is how much protein you eat throughout the day. You need to keep positive nitrogen balance. And it's even better for muscle development to not eat anything at least the first hour after workout. At least that's what they doctors and coaches taught me when I was studying for being a personal trainer. There was a scientific explanation but I don't remember the details.
