Well if the goal is concentration I would say thought would be inevitable. When your using concentration in general that is a movement of thought. Concentration implies thought. So you should be fine

Sure my man. I haven’t read anything on this but I would assume this idea of reincarnation comes about by the false assumption influenced by the illusion of time. Also a conclusion that has been made in accordance to the sense of continuity by identity to the illusory stream of thought/self/ego. “Time” Only through this limited dualistic perception is there this sense of separateness. Only the sense of thought/ego presents such a divisive conceptualization. Without this dualistic perspective separateness is not “timeless” Without this conditioned perspective there is no other. No old no new, no you and no me...It’s all a happening. One whole movement and as you said being. Thats the way I see it. Gotta cut this short. Gotta bring the kid to baseball practice

Attention without the imposition of thought. To watch without any movement of thought accepting nor denying in order to secure itself. To observe without observer. Without choice, desire, a complulison to capture of maintain any sense of pleasure. Investigation not influenced by clinging to become psychologically secure. In this there is no imposition of thought/self. And if there is no movement of the thinker it is not a method. If there is no self/thinker what is the use of a method/path??‍♂️ This is the way I went about it. Of course the ending of psychological time made this a possiblity.

Yeah for sure. I use stomach breathing for health issues and it really helps in multiple ways? especially lower back pain and stomach problems.

How do we know the ego/thought isnt creating this true nature? These are helpful questions that I one might want to be aware of. Im not saying you are not experiencing your true nature, just bringing to attention the power of ego. We both know the ego is a trickster. I think always being aware of this is beneficial If the ego has the power to prevent what is from being seen, so does it have the power to create what isn’t? This is just a way to self inquire. Only this will be much more orderly if one has detached from a desired outcome/goal. Maybe this will be of service to you??

Is this “IT” a movement of thought? If so would that be a reason it comes and goes?

Why does it wear off, and how can I keep it? What is this ‘it’ you speak of ? And who is the one who wants to keep it ? If there is a division there is contradiction. If there is contradiction what is this “it”? This is a Great question. What I would say is instead of searching for a solution, figure out the problem. If the problem is seen in its entirety the solution will be implied in its entirety. The rest is up to you?

You keep talking about knowing yourself.? So start self reflecting? self reflection is the only way. Be alone. Inquire into yourself. Not through someone else like osho, Nietzsche, and who ever. If we depend on second hand knowledge we will become second hand people. ??‍♂️ Your getting caught in what thought has created instead of understanding the nature of thought itself. The accumulation of cultivated thought can never free itself from itself. To see the whole of thought is where wisdom is born. And thought can never see the whole. So your job is to see that truth and go beyond. Self reflection is all you need. What are you waiting for?
