  1. The movement of the observer is the movement/response of our accumulated experience, knowledge, memory. This is the movement of thought. Built on its preconceptions.
  2. Is not the movement of the observer-observed false division, (that which breeds fragmentation), the reason for this pre-conditioned observing.
  3. This is simply to show that all supposed “distinct fragments” are actually one movement of thought.
  4. Why does one cling-attach to ones own bias-prejudice? Ones personal bais-prejudice being determined or influenced by accumulated experience, knowledge, memory,(the response of THOUGHT). Is it fear of uncertainty which brings about this sense of psychological insecurity? And is that why the self clings to its experience, knowledge, memory? To meet challenges that at as supposed threats to the self. Is it the movement of anticipation; Thought in movement to control and maintain a sense of physical-psychological security? And the compulsion to use our own contents of thought to secure oneself,(self sustain)? So do we see that (Bias-prejudice), (experiencer, knowledge, memory), (the self), (psychological insecurity in search for security) or (psychological time), anticipation, control, fear are all one and the same movement of thought? And this divided movement of thought perpetuates it’s own movement by acting in accordance to the idea, belief, false notion, that the experiencer is actually seperate from that which it experiences?
  5. Thanks for slowing down the communication. We need to get on the same page indeed Fragmentation as in “i” try and control fear. One fragment, “me” tries to control another fragment (fear). This false division breeds divided action. We don’t see that the i and fear are really one moment of time-thought.
  6. I’m not quite understanding my friend. lets start with this part Any action being positive-negative movement of self, (volition-will-desire), will fragment. Can we agree on this point?
  7. I wouldn’t myself use the term de-fragmention because that tends to imply the opposite of fragmentation. Where actually, the absesne of fragmentation is the ending of this (movement of opposites), or the chooser-thinker-fear. Do you see what I mean?
  8. Divided Perception-emotion being one movement of thought as the i...all a movement of fear indeed.
  9. Yes. Due to not seeing there is only control or the (positive-negative) movement in motion, and not really a division between the controller and the controlled. Control arises from that division not being seen through actually. Indeed...This is a movement of projection, also a movement of divided action as the i, (time), fragmentation in movement. I’m not totally the understanding the wording in his part... But I would say there is no filling any “empty spots” when it comes to unconditioned observation. As I see it pre-conception and fragmentation are really one and the same movement of time as the i, (psychological time), or a projection of the i; as in the veil of (experience, knowledge, memory) that is then placed upon that “empty spot”. In whole undivided obsevation this empty spot would remain empty...There would be no imposition; no projection of what had been accumulated as the “chooser-knower”. No-thing is placed upon what is already empty. No content of “things”- “the self”, (the veil THOUGHT). Does that seem to be similarl to the way you see it?
  10. When we have a goal to be achieved, is that not the same movement of contradictory activity that holds one in this false division in the first place? Doesn’t this dualistic movement prevent wholeness from the very beginning in this pursuit? How can dualistic action bring about anything other than division-contradiction, (incomplete/unholy-action)?
  11. Some may not want to go through all the unnecessary conflict-struggle.
  12. Freedom is never the result of cultivated conflict. The application of time, (thought), cannot end the mechanical movement of time, (thought). This is perhaps why people get caught in the self feeding loop of (TIME) for so long, or for there entire lives.
  13. Indeed. Motive implies direction; a means to an end, psychological time, and to perpetuate the division between the meditatior and the process of meditation. This can most definitely contribute to the self feeding loop of fear, which is the very preventing factor of (holistic observation); unbound-unconditioned awareness . As long as we feed this self feeding loop, we remain bound by causality. In this cycle of causatality, there is a perpetual movement away from what is, which always feeds fear. (Fear-psychological time), in movement acts as a hindrance to meditation-awareness.
  14. When there is motive-intention (positive-negative movement of the self), in pursuit of a goal, there can be no meditation/awareness. The sooner this is holistically understood and choicelessly observed, the sooner meditation/awareness is actualized.
  15. As long as “the i” is acted in accordance too, so follows such a pattern as rationalization. This is the nature of the self; to maintain its own progression in the illusion of false permanence. It will defend by any means necessary, and justify its own action as coherent. The self depends on movement of the self. Because the self seeks security it’s movement, action inevitably remains incoherent. This movement of rationalization is just another movement of procrastination. This is just another example of incomplete action. Have you noticed this movement of thought and the compulsion to procrastinate on action? When oneself acts with the notion that the self and what it thinks are actually separate, thinking then always acts in accordance to fear. Then action is always contradicting. Is this not the position in which you find yourself, and a common position to man/woman kind? One desire in opposition to another desire. This divided action is always going to lead to confusion, contradiction, conflict. As long as action is followed by thought, this type of psychologically bound movement pattern will manifest itself in such forms as rationalization, self affirmation, self validation, and so on. Otherwise known as being caught in the loop of causation⭕️
  16. Indeed.. Any movement of the self implies self sustainment. The self has a function, and that is to nourish its own continuity. Without that pattern of operation, self-thought looses its role and function. The operation of this mechanism is to keep itself in motion. Well said @robdl
  17. The self seeking security in thought, and fear in perpetual movement away from itself, is one and the same movement of desire in the pursuit of pleasure.
  18. Self-thought out of fear invents an image, and once that image is invented self-thought depends on that image being maintained-sustained. If it is not sustained that is a threat to self-thought, and there comes the inevitable conflict. For thought to seek security in the image, (the pursuit of pleasure), is to also invite another manifestation of that same movement of fear escaping itself, (pain).
  19. Indeed so... fear evading the fact of itself, which then seeks security in the abstraction, (image). (Psychological time-fear) in resistance to what is.
  20. Great addition to the thread, friend. The cause and the effect are co-dependent on one another, and the contributing factors of the sustainability of time as the i.
