  1. Guess what - this day is dedicated for my work. make the web design of my little website responsive double the pages of my statistic-report No Distraction, no other 'big' goals until I'm trough. No People. Only me, beatz & my coffee. I start this in 10 Minutes. CYA
  2. Trained. Ate Clean (Tofu, Rice, Vegetables, Quinoa, Nuts and Joghurt). Meditated. Worked (could have worked a little harder) on my brand. However, got out of bed to late.. so I decided to focus on my goals. If it support my goals, then I'll get up early.
  3. I believe that is not true. My Hypothesis is that you develop a taste, but there is no correlation with healthy eating. My proof would be that most people eat what they consider good - with the given results that I would label as 'not so good'. But proof me wrong. Do you have a source (honest question)?

  5. You got me. I didn't posted yesterday, because I a girlfriend stayed over night. While it was real fun and so on I am guilty to break my vow to write every day on the first fucking day. DAMN! This day I meditated, ate clean and trained (all of this kinda sloppy, there is potencial for growth). The evening is free to build my brand (write on my website and for my job expose), go into nature and mediate while doing it. I'm guilty to not get up at 6 a' clock and I think if it is really that important as long as I have no appointments before 11 a' clock... cya tomorrow
  6. YES SIR! My greatest book (= the book that most changed me to the better) for a 20 year olf men would be 'The Game'. Even though that most of the book are stupid failures in a row, there was a message in that. I think it was like that: You can chase relationships, sex and money but if you are not fulfilled on the inside.. that's nothing. And I'm not even into cold approach Pickup, because of the warnings in this book. Also there where a lot of tips for studies, for example the new Tyler Durden or Tony Robbins or the Tao te King. The book takes a topic (getting laid) that most uncessful, miserable men are interested in and helps them to change them for the better.. The next book 'The Truth' is about open Relationships and again If you are not fulfilled on the inside.. that's nothing. Word. Really?
  7. And this is why you actively have to develop your social environment too... or what do you think @Leo Gura does with his work (besides of make some bread)? For example if you meditate and realise that everyone is just to mindless.. You maybe can't change your work or school, but you can choose you future work or school. Make it happen, my friend.
  8. Hallo Joseph, from what you wrote I had almost the exact same experience last week. The answer - for me - is to be a little more authentic/integer/honest - even if it hurts people. Another vision is to buy a house near a forest... and live there for some years just with the bare essentials to meditate, work, train and learn... And then come back hard as steel. Maybe one could do this instead of vacations for some months a year.. What makes life with people so brutal?
  9. I'm thru with the plan. Results are: Duration: 4 months (until my birthday) - install a strictly daily meditation habit - eat way cleaner.. Specifications: Raw vegetables to every meal, no industrial sugar, no alcohol in the weed, less processed food. And also I want to eat less in quantity. This will take a lot of study i guess, but I have the opportunity to get local, organic vegetables in a weekly abo. Good to start with.. - train my body with a.) a little daily schedule every morning, which will raise eventually get harder (20 fist-push-ups, 20 leopard-push-ups, 5 chin-ups, 20 one-leg-squat, 100 cross-punch-cycling) b.) 2 times at our public martial arts training and c.) 1-2 time alone to really focus on my technique. All in all about 10 hours of Sport every week. - build my brand.. which will include a weekly information providing blog and commercial e-books on social studies, novels and meta-information. Deadline: 01.02.18 - sleep a. less (only about 7 hours) and b. earlier (around 11pm). This entitles me to get up at least at 6 a clock - take the edge off once a week - and I don't even mean to binge drink. No. Only eat as much as I want even if it is junk and have some easy fun, for example in my rpg group or on a rap concert. If I do good for 6 Days in a row, I deserve a sinful day which fuels my art.. Otherwise it won't work on the level I'am at now My Strategies: 1. A Mark on my Hand to remind me during the day 2. Plan success, but expect homeostasis 3. write daily and weekly one line reviews here Alright... I'm off to meditate and train.. Cya tomorrow
  10. I want to say something positive in this thread. I've done NoFap several times for about a month. The reason was that I felt weak and NF seemed to be a something to start with. We, in western societies, live in a constant stream of comfort. But we don't think about it as comfort, because we're born into this world. This is rather new - and we live still in the wrong paradigma. Only THREE GENERATIONS ago the people lived in Europe with the ups and downs of nature. In the summer you get fat - in the winter is scarcity. Everyday life is routine (boring, you may call it) - but every year there is carnival. Now is Summer and Carnival all year. We live in a absurd cargo-cult of work & play. This is there NoFap is obviously handy. You get sober of some things and decide if you like them really that much. WHAT I DON'T LIKE ABOUT NOFAP is, that some people make it a sacred way of life. But to me NoFap is one tool. Not more, not less. Thank you very much.
  11. Word. The Thing is... did you really CARE about your customers? DO you make YOUR product the best of the best -- even if it cost you 10 hours more to format it a lil' better? My style is at this moment, that I do products to help people (I work in a company). Biggest Issues there: NOT ENOUGH TIME. My Product has the ability to save time - AND THIS IS HOW I WILL PRESENT IT! But guess what... they don't have much time... because of that I have to present it REALLY good, because they're not at university and have 5 hours free to google my fancy vocabular afterwards.... I don't know if it will pay out instantly(but I'll tell in a while), but at least it's more rewarding while im doing it:)
  12. Hey, Keep it simple. Why don't you ask him simply to hang out? Like "Hey, wanna play X (paste some video game) or "Hey, wanna eat some pizza after training?" If it is fun and good, then everything else will happen naturally. Greetings
  13. This is why it 'failed for most': This isn't a quickfix, but a hard field of study and work. When you develope to a higher stage, like orange or even green, you game organically. See Tyler RSD on youtube and you'll get 'enlightenment'. But like Style said: Everything is Pickup. But true, like leo stressed, the PUA where very misguided at the beginning. Reading the game is the most time about to know how not to do it.

I really like your idea of teaching the theoretical use of spices and want to add some spices to the list: - Honey - Ginger - Mustard - Curcuma - Butter But also I really like a little recipe like that: 3 Eggs, a little onion, a little tomato, 4 mushrooms 1. Chop it, 2. Take a pan and warm it. 3. give some Butter 4. give onions in 5. after 1 minute the Rest; then stir it until its dry 6. Add salt, Pepper, Herbs, Chilli and some Kurkuma. It provides: - Enough Vitamin B12 and Vitamin D for a grown man - 20 grams of protein - nice vegetable - good fat If you add some raw carots and nuts you're really good!
  15. First big Shift: My last posts points of change has tranformed. There is always that problem, that you think about a solution and forget what you really want!!! Is there a correlation? Is your 'bad habit' really the source? Being more in balance, and calm => No Coffee, No Smartphone Being more productive => No Gossip, No Binge Reading These are examples for false sources. It is being assumed that these habits are the source, but in my case they there rather normal habits, which gone crazy because I done to much useless shit in my shedule. People, don't get trapped by eliminating YOUR false sources _______________________ I almost decided to make SOMETHING rather special in the days between Christmas and Sylvester (in germany we call that magical week: 'zwischen den Jahren' = between the years) . I though about a bunch of activities: - clean - stay at home and clean my flat really conscious and rigorous (if it don't brings me enlightenment, then is my flat at least clean, haha) - go into the woods - contemplate next years (I do that very spontaneous with doodles) - intermediate fast (at eve much protein and a green smoothie) - train - train a special kung fu technique (we call it: 'Mui Fa Kuen') - meditate the hagakure way, which means that you consciously visualize about HOW you may die, then feel what you feel and let everything go. The point is not about wanting to die but to live this life to the fullest. - work - work some hours a day on a big report The first backbone of all that is, that I would turn OFF the Internet, Telefon and Doorbell. The Second is that I am not allowed to make calls, to talk to anyone. If I'm one the street and feel like I want to greet someone or talk to a girl I meet in the supermarket: That would be cool. This is not about being Robinson Crusoe - it's about questioning my normal loops of telefon-distraction. PEACE SYY

The following technique is originally from a NLP Starter Book (any of them would be a good pick for you): You can make the whole technique with pen and paper, that makes it easier to repeat it. 1. First you choose a situation there you feel depressed. Realize already that you give the situation its bad meaning. That means that you can give a good meaning as well. For example depressive thoughts because of rejection. 2. Next Step is to ask 'Why?', then you do that on the next level and so on until you can't do this any more. You go deeper and deeper until you are at the core. Example: You got rejected by a girl. Why is that bad? Because now I can't 'have' her. Why is that bad? Because I wanted to fill my pain with a relationship and now I can't do this. 3. Third Step is to give it a new meaning. See yourself, how you walk, feel etc. You frame the rejection as a process of learning there mistakes are good. Or you say: Good that I don't started a relationship on that basis. Now I can work on it:) 4. Last Step is to visualize yourself in a situation, there you would normally feel depressed because of the rejection. For example if you see her again. You embrace the bad feeling and then change it to the new meaning you made in step 3. Feel it. Give yourself about 3 Minutes for the last step and repeat it a. for every Situation there you get triggered b. one a regular basis. I obviously don't know you. But chances are, that you are going through a process of growth and nothing is wrong with you:)

  18. C'mon. These are common jokes. If I believe a tale of someone in a Party Situation and he is proven wrong, then I tell myself: "Ok, it was wrong. So what?" If someone said: "How the f*** can you believe that s***?" I reply: "Well, the story was more fun than the boring s*** you told me. Doesn't matter it is wrong if it was a good tale" Do you understand? I reframe it. Google that. Bottom line: Take it easy and start to have fun too - and google NLP - refaming, framecontroll etc. SYY
  19. I have literally TONS of Material that you can study on that topics, bcause that were sticking points of mine. Your first task, if you want to do something, is: Create Free Time - and let it free for actualization (meditation, reading, socializing) - every day some hours. Don't panik you'll be more efficient in you job as well if you give yourself time to breath. Then come back and I'll give you that list.
  20. Hello Leo, I have two proposals. 1. How to think micro You told us to separate a micro perspective from a macro perspective. The goal is to get the grand picture and the minutiae of live proper, concentrating of what of the two we're lacking. It would be interesting how you plan for the details of blogging or any other product for example. And how do you do the editing process? Did you give it to someone to check it? How do you plan to not forget less important side things? 2. How to work good enough My Problem is that I do 'relative Work' in terms of the result. If a craftsman has do 5 Products of series X, then he knows that he will need 4-6 hours. My work is very relative, because there could be always more text, more data or more presentations. So I can submit the some work in 1 hour, 10 hours or 100 hours. How can I make adequate work in the least time? By adequate or good enough I mean a work that would be considered better than the average and relative flawless. Greetings SYY
  21. Hello Omni, that piece of yours about micro thinking is useful. Thanks. The second Piece about 'How to work good enough' or 'How to balance work' is not about what i wrote. Example: You are in school in a subject, that you dislike and consider boring. You did literally everything to make it better - nothing helped. Your new goal is to pass with relative little effort. Now you have to write a essay which decides if you pass. You can make it a. just as good to pass with a 6 hours work or you can b. make it as good as possible with 1000 hours work. You choose b? What about your English course? No time left. What about eating? No time left. See the Problem? I try to get free time for longterm important things like thinking, meditating, doing nothing, strategizing or just relaxing. Besides - Excellence in everything is not economic. Now realise that I want just pass in lots of things. I want a technique that helps me pass the things that I have to do, but don't want to. I can't avoid them either. My Technique: - Organize it in Baby-steps - Brute Force That's it. I want to know if there is anything better.. SYY

  23. It's okay to talk about fears. The fear of not want to grow up is very common, in my social circle. I said to myself as I turned 21, that I would see myself as a Adult at 25. No excuses any more. If it's really not regular then see a Professional. But I think you'll have allow to accept it. Give yourself time to grow. I embrace the process of aging. I'm excited to see body getting older (I'll be better and better due to my training) and of course i want to be as long as possible as healthy as possible. With modern medicine and knowledge you have the years from 20-60 as your prime in health and mind. And as a Bonus you get maybe 20-40 years as a Senior. If you make wise long range decisions, you'll age much less as the typical joe average, I promiss. But you'll age.
  24. Homeostasis and the feeling of a Training-Plateau is back. I tricked myself into thinking that I do growth, but instead I did achievement. In addition to what I wrote on Sunday I've decided to develope productive habits in lieu of some not so productive habits. These are: - Gossip. My strategy is to focus instead on a. my output or in a conversation on b. positive traits of my counterpart . - Coffee. My strategy is to drink green tea and eat a healthy meal (for example fresh vegetable and nuts) in the morning. - Smartphone. My strategy is to turn it of, if I don't use it. - Binge-Reading of useless Texts (=for example learn how the metro of the bigger cities of russia are build... while writing a report on my data-analsys). My Strategy is to read only for the sake of my life purpose (which includes work and studies) except some time in the morning and the evening. My life will change radical over the next months - I feel it. SYY
