thanks I`ve also been very depressed a year ago. Most probably it`s the stress plus performance anxiety. Don`t worry she is super hot hahah.

I was dating a girl when I was 18, and she was quite rude. Swearing and speaking shit, and one day she called me to bring her to my city, I told her to take a bus, and she said: No, I have you, my slave. From that moment I swore I`ll never date such women in my live, better alone.

Sure, I`m 24, I had episodes where I was watching porn like everyday, the days where I was depressed. But I also had better times where I did not watch porn for like 6 months. Now I don`t watch anymore for 3 months almost. The social anxiety began at 16 years old and slowly started to decrease, I was feeling like everybody was laughing at me, that I look weird. Now I don`t have any anxiety at all, but when I`m in a intimate interaction with a woman, I get... well, idk, let`s say numb and insensible to any stimuli. No sweaty palms and shit. When we are dressed up, I have it hard as a rock, it`s almost comic haha. I don't know what more to say, I don't have any chronic disease or stuff like that. I have some religious parents who told me that sex is something we don't speak about, it is sinful. Typical stage blue folks.

I think one or two meals eaten close to each other In a day is enough, you are more productive and feeling more fresh. If you`re only eating all day like those gym obsessed people, all the energy goes into you stomach all the time. agree, some blood tests and stuff from time to time are a good sign that you don`t drift away.

Of course you prefer some people over others, you prefer those who have similar values like you, most likely those of your level or higher. If you really care about your GF, you let her leave if she chooses that, you accept every decision that makes her happier. Reacting volcanic to her decision to leave is not authentic love but only ego. You can`t take care of everybody by yourself, you can only take care of a limited number of people like your GF, family and friends. You take care of everybody by voting for a good government. I had a friend who was obsessed with picking up girls, quite shallow and low quality person. They are into pickup for a reason, they want to get what they want, and this is what they do with you also, not just with girls. What am I getting from this relationship? X, Y, Z. Ok it is worth it, if I don`t get it anymore, I leave.

Many would say that if you cannot accept them as they are and live with them in the same house without any drama, you are not developed enough. I don`t buy into that shit, you are at a different level, you overcame the stage blue way of life, you have different style of living, different mentality. Even if you accept them as they are, they would not accept you as you are, they will try to drag you at their level. What you need to do in the future depends on how much you care and need them. For sure don`t try to change them, only if they ask for advice. I have the same problem with my parents, I just moved away and do stuff in my own style, although I still talk to them from time to time.

I agree with you, JP has also good parts. That masculine approach on personal development, kind of aggressive but it helps some people who need a harsh boost. I was saying once he is stage yellow, but after watching more of his speeches... I`d rather say more orange than yellow. Yes, he is not simple minded, but he needs more empathy and sensibility. Yellow embodies green, I don`t feel any green in him. My opinion tough.

Oh my man, how I feel you. Yah, quite hard to find a good girl. Your standards are not too high, the people are too low. Of course, just look at what is marketed around, go to youtube trending, at least in my country(Romania) people watch the most unconscious bullshit possible. These are the times man, I`m also struggling with finding a good girl, but still bad luck. I understand them, I could`ve been exactly the same as them, just a zombie with no purpose, passions, dreams and so on. I was lucky to experience a lot of pain and have an ambitious personality to solve it. That made me who I am. Other people were lucky to have great parents who knew how to raise them, and you were also lucky in some way that you escaped the zombie life. But most people, unfortunately, did not. I can`t tell you an exact percentage but there are a few great girls out there, just be patient and trust yourself. Don`t try to be somebody else, it will end up quite bad. Girls are attracted to people of their level of consciousness, so if you are stage green/yellow, a stage orange girl(most 20 years old are there) won`t be very interested in you. Keep up!

We need connection with others like water and air but that can be transcended as Leo said in his video about loneliness. But I think very few people are ready for that.

I finally found some people who are organizing ayahuasca retreats in my homecountry Romania. A girl who lived in Peru then came back home to help people with amazonian remedies, I met her in person and she is quite nice and aware. The retreat will contain 4 days: 2 ayahuasca ceremonies, one Sapo Kambo and sananaga and yopo which I need more research on. It costs around 500$ which are quite some money for me and I don`t know if it is worth it. What do you think? Yea, never tried anything like this before.

Man.. First, please write normal. It is clear that Leo triggered your ego in some way, otherwise you would not write in this offensive way. It is easy to see who is a devil right now. Yes, scientific method as it is done by many scientists right now is a worldview, it is your worldview from what I see, we need to respect yours and you need to respect other people`s worldviews. Of course Leo can get off course sometimes, put yourself into his shoes. It is very hard to get it all right when you speak about soo many topics in such a depth.

Interesting point of view, what comes up must come down. But I feel it applies only inside this world of dualities, I think when you break out, you`ll see the bad times as good times also, haha. Don`t rush into spirituality if you`re not ready. I admit that I am not ready, I try to embody green and yellow, I feel I`m not ready yet for full steam ahead spirituality. I meditate daily though.

If you drink daily, then your brain made a connection between alcohol and "happiness", I mean that feeling of dead peace an addiction gives you. Better to not underestimate to power of alcohol. I lived with alcoholics for 6 months while I worked abroad, also I work now in an asylum where I have patients who completely went insane from drinking too much alcohol. Those guys with whom I worked were just sucked into that unconscious culture of drinking all day with their friends from an early age, BUT some of my patients were respected intellectuals from which you could bet they can`t fall into that "stupid" addition of uneducated people. The mind tries to find a way out from suffering, it can pick a lot of stuff, from alcohol and coffee to running and hiking if you can believe. I think overall improvement of your life should kill your addictions. Earning money by doing your passion, having deep authentic connections with awesome people (who don`t drink) and meditating alone would be a great.

I am really curious on this and don`t know what to believe. Is there any metabolic disorder that will keep you fat no matter what? Even if you cut all the carbs in your diet, eat super clean all organic and correct... I heard many people defending their obesity by this argument, that there is some sort of "gland" problem that will keep you fat no matter what, I don`t know what to believe. I`ll appreciate an trustworthy answer!

This is scary man, I lived in Sweden for six months and I have an intention to return but this video shows me how far they gone with this gender equality. If they continue like this, there will be a generation of boys and girls, they will have no idea how to be men and women. Their gender scientists are dumb as fuck, they really believe that there is no difference between male brain and female brain, unbelievable! They are completely ignoring the studies that show the opposite. Yes there are very rare cases where the boy will not get the testosterone that normally gets inside the womb an he will want to be feminine and attracted to the masculine, also the opposite in case of a girl. But fuck man, just wait more until they grow up and have the ability to make a decision and in that moment present them the masculine traits and the feminine traits and let them decide the path, not calling them HEN! Poor kids... What is your opinion on this? How should they be raised?

Well... that is the disadvantage of leading a race, you might get lost and have to turn around and tell the others that`s not the right way. I really love Sweden, I never felt so accepted and understood in any other place, and I respect their courage to be the most progressive. But you know the human mind, always tends to go from an extreme to the other.

Well, I am passionate about personal development as a whole. Just coaching people on how to have a great life as a whole and pointing them the way to the next stage of spiral dynamics. As I finished physical therapy I can also give advice about how to take care of your body + nutrition, I am making progress on my nutrition habits and knowledge for some years now. But I still have something that fucks up my confidence. I did not have a serious relationship until now, just some attempts that failed because of distance or because my standards were too high, it is quite hard to meet a quality girl in Romania around my age. But just saying, the best advice on how to raise children I heard from a person who does not have children. Also I see people who had many relationships but do not understand shit about the human relationships dynamics.

My big dream was always to become a lifecoach and teach people through YouTube videos and skype one on one while traveling the world. But just for about two years I got confident enough to believe I can really do that (during my late teenage years and early teens I had super powerful social anxiety and wasn`t even able to order a pizza without being awkward). Now that I finished college, I want to direct my life towards accomplishing my purpose. My question is: Do I really need to take a certified lifecoach course in order to be able to make my own internet business and teach people on skype legally? I will never be able to afford the 10.000 $ or so lifecoach course that Leo attended because I live in Romania at the moment, a pretty corrupt eastern european country. What are the legal requirements for creating a such business? I saved around 5500 $ while I worked in Sweden and I really want to use these money wisely. Thank you!
