  1. At the end of How Fear works Part 1 Leo provided some 'homework' an exercise to do. Writing down all your micro fears you observe for 7 days and revising at the end of each day. If you did this tell me what you observed? What were your personal findings? Did you notice any correlations or patterns? Love to hear your experiences

  3. I've started studying criminology, sociology and psychology as the next phase of my LP development. I'm only on week 2 and I have truly fallen in love with everything philosophy and sociology. Simply learning about these people and seeing the patterns that emerge through time is absolutely mind blowing for me. I'm also able to gain some perspective on why we are the way we are today (society) (based on the scientific revolution). My question to you guys is do you have a favorable philosopher? and if so why? Also, what are your perspectives on today due to history? Have you noticed anything yourself that you would like to share?

  10. @neutralempty anything you feel is fear? I suppose it depends if you can see the 'root' of your annoyance and anger you will see it's just fear.
  11. @The0Self based on my own experience eating a low fat diet causes many issues. I wasn't eating the minimum intake for a women of my build and energy consumption and my periods stopped and I was slowly on my way to causing more and more damage.   12. @Preety_India weight gain usually just indicates too many calories it doesn't even begin to cover half of the story. Here's some just to name a very very very small few: headache's, dry/flaky skin, chapped lips, infrequent/too frequent bowel movements, diarrhea, constipation, cravings, unhealthy hair and nails, acne, energy slumps, inflammatory conditions, gas, bloating, fatigue, sinus congestion, foggy thinking, agitation, mood swings, insomnia, too much sleep. The list is endless. Creating an intuitive communication with your body will help you see and feel what is preferred.
