I know the studies that after 100k income or something you no longer get happiness, but if you look at the research it says you will have declining returns on your happiness, not that you stop getting happier after you acquire more money. This means, if you get to 200k - you're likely to be more happy than if you had 100k income, but it just starts declining. It just has its limits. It will get you to 6-7\10, but for 10\10 and above you'll need to apply other kind of things to get happiness. Doesn't mean that money can't still get you to 7. People use 7-10 journey and uselessness of money here to justify why they are stuck at 0-3\10 of happiness which is very wrong. So much of happiness belongs on your well-being and it is almost impossible to feel well if you eat bad foods, live in the polluted area and in the polluted house, can't afford the gym, clean water, etc, which all can be easily obtained by money
