Its funny how you guys in America are still afraid of Stalin. Might as well move Mausoleum to San-francisco or LA, hehe -

@The Don Bro, imagine if Elon Musk is actually on their side (pedophiles one)?? Maybe all this fame is just a public image of his and his goal is to ultimately make us more enslaved?? How can we trust Elon Musk, bro?? -
That's your problem right there, then. And it is purely a marketing & self-branding problem

Now I got it! I got it, guys! And there is no "why" (although we always invent some kind of a "why") , there is just "is" -

Yeah, I always have some weird samadhi states too if I go without sleep for more than 20h -
@yangmilun Damn, It sounds like we do similar things for a living, I am a designer too. What industry are you helping with? I used to work with startups mainly but now I am moving towards some more "conscious" businesses such as Yoga and Meditation centers/retreats

What business are you in? I was frustrated with it as well but now I am trying a solution in aligning my business to a more conscious target audience. Testing it out right now in the fields how

Imagine a prison in which a guy would've tied, locked up, and receive some powerful plant medicine (read: psychedelics) through his veins every 12 hours or so for the next 3-6 months. All under good supervision of course. Quite curious if it could do the trick. It'd be very similar to how some 200-300kg+ dudes lose weight in a pure clinical setting where they fast 24/7 for a year and doctors feed them the essential elements through veins to keep them well -
The thing is, you can experience/act with higher values/virtues but it's all about your center of gravity in the end For example, a blue person can actually sometimes show some multi-perspectival & highly nuanced thinking, but he does it only like 0.1-1% of the time in very rare scenarios. In 99% of time, he'll be a dogmatic guy who only sees the World from 1 limited perspective. Can we say that he is yellow? Well, not really. But can we say he acted out some yellow qualities in these 0.1% scenarios? Sure The yellow guy would be the one who would use these things like 50% of the time or more, his status quo and center of gravity would be that it happens almost automatically. If you need some super-duper rare conditions to spark yellow thinking, then you're not really yellow.

Yeah, for sure It's just fascinating how stuff from 5000 years ago can be more deeper and profound than stuff that scientists discovered just 10-200 years ago -

@Leo Gura I recently studied the Chakra system in more depth and I found it to be almost identical to Maslow's work on needs and self-actualization. You could even say Chakras = Maslow's pyramid in a sense. If you're not living or striving to live to your full potential, your chakras close down and you start to feel like shit & get various kinds of illnesses (Chakras go out of alignment). I actually found Chakras theory to be even more holistic than Maslow's work. And this stuff was assumably found and created like 5000 years ago as well -
@Hulia Dude, are you serious?

What tea was that? Black tea?

@MrBON Yeah, fuck these stage green feminists, bro. They talk all shit about equality and everything, but then will have self-biased standards and tell you that you're too short. Need to hunt for nice witches and shaman girls, these will really look into your soul rather than height ??
-
Man, it sounds like you cherrypicked a ton of evidence through confirmation bias and now it weighs you down. Let it go, bro, let it go

@Nyseto yeah, but suicide and depression might be too complex, because they are very conceptual activities. I certainly witnessed how dogs/cats that my family had were becoming more sad and depressed as they suffered from something (some disease or they were lonely or they were stuck at home for too long time) I'd even say there are levels of consciousness in animals too! Think of a wild dog. It is a scary and dangerous beast, can be hyper aggressive. Mainly because he is in constant survival mode, having to hunt his food, etc. But now think of a typical domesticated dog. Most of his needs if not all are taken care of: constant stream of food, warm "bed", play, has a territory that is automatically contested for him, has a company, hell, he can even get free sex and recreation without doing really that much on his own part! Such an easy life! Compare now how both dogs then behave socially, how much friendlinness they have, how much happiness they have, damn, there is even such a thing as selflessness in dogs! In those that are super devoted to you

But you assume that animals have no ego. But do they really? It looks like they do have it, if we use the definition of ego invented by psychoanalysis Animals for sure have psychology and personality with their unique inclinations (some animals are more energetic & playful, some are more apathethic and lethargic, for example) . I think we can combine it all and call it ego

I do unstructured journaling/contemplation/ideation in physical journals and then structure and polish it in digital So basically use 2 methods, but my main go to journal sanctuary where everything is stored is digital Sometimes I also contemplate just in a head and then jot down the results in digital later. It really stretches your mind imaginative powers and capacity, visualization and conceptualization is getting a work out too It's way easier and more efficient I found, though, when you can have a journal with you. It kinda deloads your working memory so you can focus more brainpower on getting new insights rather than having to hold stuff in your memory

@Girzo That's because you don't see a bigger picture Ohhh, you guys have such a lousy attitude towards money and wealth, no wonder most of the forum struggles in that domain, I'm out of the topic. If you want to make $2k-3k a month for the rest of your life and donate everything else - it's up to you, man. Just don't frame it as a selfless act or that you're doing something noble or wise. You'd give much more value to the world by making more, spending\investing in yourself more, and creating more shit in the world that other people love or need, staying overly lean is a common noobie mistake And yeah, you're right about values, I don't really share stage green beliefs about money @Hulia When you're that rich you don't have to make all these purchases yourself, you can hire a chef who would buy quality food and then make everything for you & for your family + It's way more about buying quality products, than just sheer volume of stuff. And it's not about shopping at all. It's about you trading money as a RESOURCE for different RESOURCES - time, knowledge, health, transportation, etc.

Satisfying your needs = helping the world You can't really help the world effectively when your needs aren't satisfied properly

But that's exactly what good entrepreneurs do. They pay themselves like 1-5% of their revenue and the rest they invest in their creations further. The $2000 is bullshit. You need money to build a good infrastructure for your own well-being and creativity. You can scrape by at $2000 of course, but why would you do that if you can invest like $20k per month in yourself and buy yourself the best food, best nicities, best home facilities, good home location so it further feeds up in your creativity and you become even more creative? And sometimes it's not even about this basic stuff, but about some ART for $1m that will be inspiring the heck out of you to be even more creative and innovative. Would that be a bad investment? Rich people have more access to this stuff and they generally are doing a good job utilizing it Try to really look from the rich guy's point of view. There are some good channels/books/biographies available nowadays that help you to see behind of scenes what goes into billionaires guy mind and how he structure he lives. I'd really recommend you to study these and then judge. And don't just watch famous "celebrity"-businessmen that are trending on youtube like Elon Musk. Go study those that no one knows the fuck about them, yet they have $100m-1b-10b+ net worth. Most of these guys don't clown around on youtube and you won't find them there easily
