  1. Getting things done - David Allen.
  2. Nooo dude why. I wanna know the reason lol. How long was ur streak btw.
  3. My motivation to do this is almost 100% for the extra motivation i get, to get shit done and be productive. Nopmo literally gives you the extra mile that others won't run with you. But, i'm also doing this because without it, i literally feel like a small boy that isn't able to defend himself/ stand up for himself, and let others walk over myself. Nofap destroys all of this, and it's magnificent.
  4. Haha yeah, the funny part is that i don't really feel the need to chase girls right now. The desperation part is long gone, and it feels good. My motivation to do this is almost 100% for the extra motivation i get, to get shit done and be productive. I have some stuff i got to take care of in ma life.
  5. Day 5 and i'm already having these moments . This is gonna be one hell of a streak:
  6. Is it really that healthy as a lot of people point out?
  7. South-Korea, China, Japan, Canada, Tanzania.
  8. I think you've misunderstood this. He's probably pointing towards the reality that you can't control your state of mind, which refers to detaching from it, not trying to manipulate it into any kind of "blissful" state. Impossible. No one can ever be 100% blissful all the time. Detachment from clinging to any state is what you want.
  9. Thanks! you too man. Not bad, not bad at all. Are u still counting the days though?
  10. This book is definitely worth it, if you do all the exercises. I did them for some time, and it made me go from shy/withdrawn to a more outgoing healthy person. It can transform your self-image long-term. Leo has a video where he talks about this book:
  11. Perfectionism and procrastination.
  12. Since i left videogaming behind me, i'm getting much more bored throughout the day. This brought me back to it, but at the same time i didn't feel like i was enjoying it as much as i was before. Yesterday i've made the decision to also leave Twitch behind and move on. I've deleted my account, but today i'm already craving the mindless activity of watching people on Twitch, and i'm insanely bored at the moment. I can't believe how addicted i'm to this. I've upgraded my meditation habit to 2 hours a day instead of 1, but i'm still craving it. I don't know what to do anymore.
  13. Do you know any good recipes for these?
  14. The key is to stop trying so hard, and get out of your head. A problem like this only occurs when you are too much inside of your head while having a conversation with someone. Being inside of your head interrupts the natural flow of the conversation, especially when you are trying to come up with things to say when the conversation is becoming quiet. Also, there is no problem with not always "knowing" what to say, you can let the other person speak to be a listener. "How to win friends and influence people" is a good book to read on this topic.
  15. Which meditation technique are you using? It sounds like you might benefit from learning the "do nothing" technique.
  16. Almost 80 days without porn. Wish i could say without PMO :D. Day 2 no MO LUL.
  17. I can't really speak about that, since 2 hours a day is something i'm doing recently.
