  1. neuroris could be interpreted in a different way. neurosis = natura state of human body. your body is already neurotic, it has a set of patterns. but you can't stop these habitual movements: they will find another way to express their energy. the remedy is to change bad routines adding good ones. In any case you are neurotic... even if you don't allow old patterns. you can't be non-neurotic... regular meditation is a neurotic thing, as every other acts. the best is to be at ease with your neurotic body-mind
  2. 1) those who claim to reach higher states are like child on rollercoaster: just exalted speakers on high mountains. The rollercoaster has unlimited hills so their position and their claims is not relevant. 2) science has no explanations, only hypothesis more/less reliable... but not true. So also science claims are not really relevant. Science can't explain facts, it has no accurate instrument to observe any fact, not even the basics. Offers relative models unavoidably affected by human biases. 3) the Truth Experienced In Enlightenment is just an illusion (from an illusory brain)... as whatever experience. Therefore enlightenment is not relevant.
  3. Hello naive put aside the literature just for a bit and stay with your present experience. are you cognizant of the fact that chasing success is a dead end street? did you see it for yourself , that it REALLY was inauthentic after all? actually see it with your eyes? yes or not... there is no maybe
  4. great story ! sounds like a reverse hero journey , where at the end the loser (surrenderer) is the winner in synthesis, the protagonist stop fighting. Cool bro
  5. simply awakeness... without mumbo jumbo shiddis (or shittis )
  6. How To Make Decisions Without Thoughts? you can't, simply because decisions = thoughts each action (even the smallest like the beat of your heart) starts with a subtle movement (impercettible thought).. you don't call it thought because you can't perceive it or it does not bother you... when the subtle movement is annoying you call it thought. so, what to do? stop identify with the doer... you are not the decision-maker, you are not the thought-producer so you have not to stop what is not yours. Period.
  7. How Do I Develop Curiosity To Find My True Self? developing a curiosity to Truth! How Do I Develop Curiosity To Find Truth? stopping feeding falseness (opinion, believes)
  8. here some rules to be ultra spiritual: Hold eye contact for awakward lenghts of time Talk about energy in all your conversation Reclassify irresponsabilities under the heading "I'm a Free Spirit" Deny your pain Use exaggeratedly light tone of voice - -
  9. pretty the opposite If you get emotional mastery, then you'ill be enlightened
  10. i'm italian, too lazy to even learn italian grammar yep, good analogy!
  11. Hi Privet, like it Probably I'd only reformulate some sentences. In my way of seeing it, self is not even an event. Self does not exist at all. Is literally no-thing. It never starts or stops. It seems to begin and finish. For the rest, I agree totally.
  12. percentagize his way , it seems to me a bit drastic... Ilya you are not so far as it could seem. Instead of feeding tirelessly the intellect with "ask-answer" (who is aware?, who is feeling?, who am i?), use your eyes. Is a more rapid way to stop the "I"-cycle. Right here, right now, look at the "I". Could you find it? Is a yes or no question. there is no maybe. If no, done! Just stop searching for a non-existent thing. Stay in the absence of "I" as long as possible. Don't worry of what your cognitive system thinks about it.
