What do you guys and gals think is working out healthy for you or not? I think the science and the studies suggest that people who work out at least a little bit tend to be better off and I have personally tried this out as I used to be a sporty kid into athletic stuff and these days I haven't been able to do it as much. I am feeling okay not having gone to the gym that much but I am kinda interested to get in a better fit again. Mostly I like to take long walks as my workout and sometimes go barefoot walking even and spend time in nature and jump around there and do Tai Chi and Yoga kinda stuff. So do you think it's worth it to work out or not and what kind of work out plan do you have?

So I did DMT a few years ago by smoking it from a pipe, basically vaping it with a lighter. Here is my trip report. So I was doing a meditative retreat in my studio apartment in Eastern Finland and I got some DMT and I smoked it. I start to feel a powerful feeling of love in my chest and I feel deeply settled and at peace in the world. Like I am a perfect part of the universe with my own purpose. I start to imagine the guy who sent me the stuff and how he must be a peaceful person as well and I can almost see him when I close my eyes. I spend the rest of the night just wandering around in my mind and listening to music and being at peace in the dark autumn of Finland. Really awesome experience and yeah DMT really helped me in a therapeutic way that day and I can still remember the powerful feeling in my heart which I felt when vaping some DMT. Really awesome substance! I've also done quite a bit of LSD and mushrooms on my own and even tried 5-MeO DMT and some other psychedelics which could be classified as research chems. I had the summer of my life once when I got a job as a DJ in another city from where I was living, actually Kotka in Finland and it was summer and I managed to get a bunch of LSD blotters going on for myself.

Thought I'd write this little report here about my life with psychedelics. I am 28 years old and the first time I ever did mushrooms I was 16. We got some from a buddy at work. I took them so young I had no idea about what happened to me and we and a bunch of friends ended up ordering DMT online and even smoked that. That was before I ever started listening to Leo and one of the things that hooked me to Actualized.org content originally was when Leo started to take psychedelics and he explained his experiences, that gave me a new context onto the substance. Basically, I was so young when first taking them and didn't have any knowledge, so I had a hard time integrating the experiences, I guess you could call it that. Used to take also drugs and go clubbing like MDMA and speed and stuff like that and to be honest I still do indulge in them sometimes, I do believe that being sober from alcohol and stuff like amphetamine and ecstasy pills and stuff like that is a wise choice, but yeah.

I've been talking with spirits or something after my 5-MeO DMT experience a few years ago. It's like a daily habit to talk with these spirits and I can't find a rational explanation for it at all.

There's always those guys who don't look great, don't have fame or status and date hot women anyway. Keep this in mind.

So I am just walking down the street near my new apartment near Helsinki, Finland. Just a nice summer evening. I see a guy smoking a joint and I ask him if I can also have a little.
