  1. Hey, is there anyone who wants to coach me in regards to career/life purpose/money and who lives in Germany?
  2. During a talk therapy session I looked for a situation in which I felt first negative emotions towards women. A situation in kindergarten came up where girls did a catwalk and one came up to me and said: "You‘re strange, what are you looking at?" My younger self was overwhelmed by all the "powerful" girls and I observed him as the adult self. As I could see his traumatized gaze, I took him into a room, locked it, hugged him and said I love him. This calmed him down and I could see his eyes becoming alive again. He hugged me back and after a few minutes he wanted to play. I felt how his and my emotions are in sync, since the inner child is just a symbol for an emotion happened in the now. I don‘t even know if this situation in kindergarten ever happened, but it was the key to dive into the emotion without being blocked by thoughts that say the adult should be strong and not feel that way. The effect already started to show when I walked out, when I looked at women it was more intimate and loving.
  3. It‘s the second time I‘m on keto. The first time I stopped was because I went to a meditation retreat and had to eat carbs. With time I saw how much it impacts my blood sugar levels and my mood with that, started to gain weight and ate dirty again, because there‘s too many options in a regular diet. So I went back to keto and the current effects are: stable mood, less anger, calm, waking up almost euphoric with strong libido, feelings of love after a meal, eating very clean without much will power. I‘m curious to see what the blood work will show on a long term basis, but for now I can only see positive effects. Make sure to get the right ratio, when I have too much protein and too little fat I get a headache.
  4. I did it for two months and the reason I stopped were headaches (later found out I needed more fat) and that it‘s expensive. In the first two weeks it increased my mood so much that I broke through a negative psychological cloud for the first time in my life, but that stabilized again later and I felt like I did before. The knowledge of this experience is very valuable though.
  5. @Mindfang413 Look at how much you wrote. Do you think you would be able to find these words without emotion? Trust me, you still feel something.
  6. @Sri McDonald Trump Maharaj That resonates with me, because I had knee pain that has decreased a lot already. Ok the omad advice sounds good, thanks
  7. It‘s the second time I started the keto diet because I wanted to test if it will have the same mood boosting effect in the first few weeks - and it did. So I started keto and no fap at the same time, 5 days later my mood was on an optimal level: I was more communicative and positive. Triggers didn‘t overwhelm me and I felt stable. Next day was a backlash though. What is it that keto and nofap might do to the brain and how can I increase this effect? I have never achieved this with no fap only.
  8. @Sahil Pandit @Pernani Thing is, I have done nofap and regular clean diet with carbs before and it had nowhere the same effect. @tastefullyoverdone I‘ve tried OMAD with keto, but it‘s too hard in my stomach to eat so much at once. @wesyasz Breakfast: 5 organic eggs, Extra seasalt, feta cheese, 100g mascarpone with berries, 2 teaspoons of mct oil Supplements: Omega 3, Vitamin D, Probiotics, Magnesium, Cbd-Oil Lunch*: Two angus burgers with butter, Salad with olive-oil Evening: Macadamia Nuts, 90% cocoa chocolate *Lunch can vary in regards to meat
  9. @lennart We did it bro! Let‘s pop some bottles ? rubby bubble
  10. Day90: crazy beat this is the last day of our experiment, we will soon continue with something else
  11. Day89: Nice energy to start the day
  12. I want to invest a few minutes in the morning to open the heart. Has anybody benefited from doing that on a long term basis? Which guided meditations or techniques do you prefer?
  13. @Nahm Thank you, looking forward to try that. Do I have to make up the whole scenario or is it enough to imagine the reaction of the person feeling supported?
  14. Day88: sample is flipped nicely, like how they used the filter on one part of it
  15. Day87: there‘s a part at 2:32 that would make a good sample for a rap instrumental
  16. Day86: "Everything is where it has to be."??
  17. Day83: creative production
  18. Day82: avoided rap music in this experiment as it‘s my comfort zone, but I thought that it would be nice to listen to stuff from a few years ago and understand them from a different perspective
  19. Day81: normally I would dismiss a kitschy song like that, by superficial listening, but miguels chilled voice and the combination of vocal and bassline melodies makes it something special
