  1. I think Tai chi is best for spiritual practice and meditation what do you think?
  2. I am trying to research all the information about different religions and try to find the core root of similarities between them. Some source says Shiva is god, consciosness - nothing and everything. Others mention him as adiyogi shiva - the first yogic master who's knowledge became the foundation of other religions. Can someone who is very familiar with this topic elaborate?
  3. Lately I have been into wines heavily. I've tried some of the best wines from france, Italy, spain chile and portugal. I usually enjoy my glass of red wine twice a day - in the morning and before going to bed. This is one of the best ways to train your awareness with the feeling channel. There is no way you get distracted while tasting quality wine. This quickly turned into special kind of meditation for me. Try it. Feel free to enjoy it with extra old dutch yellow cheese.
  4. We can shift the rules of the game. Because we are one and we decide what kind of game is played. Lots of changes are expected in the Future - Now.
  5. I already did it with all of you. It is inevitable...
  6. @Shanmugam Great! I'm reading it. Good luck with the book!
  7. @Ether As far as I know from his other articles he is, but he doesn't like the to call him Enlightened.
  8. Just curious. What were her insights? Did she experience full ego death?
  9. @Leo Gura it must be cool when your girlfriend is so into spirituality and Truth. I hope she doesn't do it only for you though
  10. Gotta meke the process more enjoyable. Plus it's healthy if you do it moderately. Feel that profound effect of antioxidants in your body..
  11. You are speculating about how many Enlightened people I met in my life so... What do you offer me to not question everything? That's how I am. I don't follow anything blindly. While I still do the work, because I see logic in it. You in your videos always endorse questioning everything.
  12. @AleksM You don't know what that wall consists of however in the micro level. What is beyond the minimum element discovered by science. Are you still sure now?
  13. @Leo Gura However, that does not change the fact that many Enlightened people have experienced some degree of depression in their lives. I don't know whether you have been depressed or not or what do you consider as depression. However, I know from your videos that you struggled a lot during your early years to integrate, socialize and fighting excess weight as you call it. I don't know your experience. The only thing I can say for sure is about myself. I have been always curious about existence and my true nature. Those were the main questions for me ever since I could think rationally. P.S. Don't judge everyone from your perspective. What may be the most beautiful thing for you may not be for another.
  14. Don't do that. If you are trying to train you awareness there is a better way to do that. You should concentrate on the channel from which you receive information. In your example it's your friend's voice - so you label it in your head as hearing channel and then just absorb it in the moment without judging.
  15. How are you sure about that? Is that answer coming from your own understanding or just reading or other's speculation? P.S. Another question for you: When you close the door of your room and leave the house. Does your room still exist if no live beings are aware of it or is it disappearing until someone sees it again?
  16. Do you believe universe experiences itself only through live beings or objects as well such as wall. And if you say yes - explain.
  17. No I mean complete stillness. Just pure blackness and surrender. Me just existing in the moment. I am serious I have an ability to meditate like that. And I can never get tired of it, I can go for more than hour like this but then at some point the mind reminds me that there is life duties outside so I have to leave this trance state.
  18. @Shiva I'm not saying that it is so, but imagine we are in a Matrix - created by machines when the software limits our understanding that we are in Matrix. But they have implemented the antivirus program called Enlightenment for special, unruly brains to satisfy their curiosity and suspicions.
  19. @Shiva Meditation and not eating sugar solely won't take you far. Zen monks need decades and even then some of them never get Enlightenment. If you are serious about Enlightenment that should be your full time job. Otherwise you are just splitting yourself into two and wasting your time. Meditating even 1 hour per day won't get you there because as you said you don't abstain from anything. And right after your meditation practice you go outside and get sucked back into reality content.
  20. Yes and I have had those non-dual moments. Even without shrooms during the meditation.
  21. @Shiva Yes but exploring Enlightenment requires you immense amount of abstaining from everyday life and becoming disciplined practitioner. What if instead it is wiser to continue experiencing life as it was gifted and intended initially. To explore it as your separate self, with perspective on it rather then completely dissolving yourself in nothingness.
