  1. I can pseudo understand how spiritual growth can go faster when your sense of identity settles in the world. The moment you realize that your grown-up now and that there is really nothing more to it or something like that. And even physiological changes in the body and mind. Also take into account that when you start personal development as a whole you first need a couple of years to really embody it and figure things out.
  2. Buddha Habit Streak (1): Wake at 6 Woke up at 6, read(Flow) and had a really good breakfast. Went to work, got home really tired. fell asleep while watching a documentary but still managed to watch it completely. It was about the story of the Buddha, and how he became enlightened and his teachings. Buddha teaches how suffering can be overcome and how certain desires (not all desires) are toxic. We are being lived, instead of living mindfully.
  3. Getting up directly streak of 60, too bad you broke it. Keep it up your an inspiration!
  4. New Video: The Alchemist Habit Streak (0): Wake at 6 Failed at waking up 6 because I went to bed wwaaaay too late. This is where I am going to put all my focus from now on. My sleep cycle and waking up on time. Going to do some research on it to motivate myself. I will post my research here of-course. I worked a lot to day to earn some cold hard cash, not the fanciest job, I work at Gold Car washing and renting out cars and such. It is better than my previous job, there were a lot of toxic people there. And published a new video, not the best video but it's a start. (I like my thumbnail )
  5. DaytoDay Habit Streak (1): Wake at 5 Did some reading (Flow) in the morning got half of the book done. Then went climbing to actually practice flow. It was a good climb I set a new record so yay for me. Than had a house warming of a girl that moved to the city. Flow is quite an interesting book, it's about how flow gives you a lot of satisfaction in life and to enhance your life you need to seek more and better flow experience.
  6. Huh? Unconsciousness is freaking hazardous. *puts a gun to his head and forces himself again*
  7. The Last Samurai, is like the hero of hero's journey love that movie.
  8. Succes is self-defined, you could see yourself as successful because your on a self-actualization journey. Other's might see it as weird and unnecessary. But if I would have to define it it would be either "Chilling in beautiful nature with good music on and just letting go" or
  9. Don't have any pets myself, but I think their really cute and funny. I always observe their behaviour it's really interesting.
  10. “Success comes when you do A few things well.” - Gary Keller
  11. The One Thing: by Gary Keller The simple truth behind extraordinary results, Do you know the saying “Don’t put all your eggs in one basket.” ITS WRONG! Andrew Carnegie said it too his advice was “put all your eggs in one basket and then watch that basket.” It’s way easier to watch and protect one basket than to watch and protect 10 of them. This book is all about this statement. The One Thing says that (if you want extraordinary results) you have to choose one thing and fully develop that talent or skill. If you just want average results scatter your focus in a couple directions and get average at a couple of skills. If you look at great achievers you realize that they are only really good at one thing you can’t be fantastic at everything. You can’t be the dalai lama in spirituality, the bill gates in technologie, the elon musk in technological progress and the messi in soccer and the oprah winfrey of life advice. You have to choose the most important thing and put everything else in the background. This philosophy applies to two levels. First the macro level, the big picture and second the micro level, your current goal or activity. The macro: this is the big picture of your life. The overarching theme or skill of your life that you dedicate too. This might be: swimming like Michael Phelps, Steel like Andrew Carnegie, Animation like Walt Disney, Chicken like the KFC, Martial arts, Meditation, Marketing or Psychologie. And with the last two examples you can go even deeper with Marketing you can completely focus on YouTube or Facebook ads to become the go-to guy for that particular marketing avenue. Within Psychologie you can also choose a specialization like child psychologist or neuropsychologist. To really narrow down your focus. This doesn’t mean you have to do it your whole life but as the writer says magic happens at the extremes. So when you have a long period of your life where you fully immerse yourself in ONE subject and only focus on that you’re results will sky rocket. The question to ask on the macro level is: What is my ONE thing? The Micro: This apply’s the the small tasks and goal’s in your life. I don’t know if you are familiar with the 80/20 principle. It says that almost 80 percent of your result come from 20 percent of your actions. In this book he takes the 80/20 principle to the extreme and says that there is only one thing that is most effective. So to apply the principle here we have to discover what action actually matters in our current situation. and Gary Keller has a perfect question we can ask ourselves to discover it: What’s the ONE THING I can do such that by doing it everything else will be easier or unnecessary? Or to hone it down to a particular category health, key relationships, spiritual life, business or personal finances. What’s the one thing I can do today to improve my health? What is the one thing we can do every week to spend more quality family time together? What’s the one thing I can do everyday to cultivate more awareness? What’s the one thing I can do to make our product the best? These are some examples for question’s you can ask yourself to get your current one thing. But what if I don’t know what to do? Than pick a direction and work away at it with time comes clarity and soon you will realize if this thing is something for you or you’ll discover a new thing. change your focus. The last thing I want to say is, if you look at apple they always had a one thing, but it shifted. The first few years they had the macintosh, than the macbook pro, than the Ipad and then the Iphone. They switched their one thing up every couple of years and still became very successful. The key thing to take away from their success is that you can have a set of skills and be very good at all of them as long as you have periods where you only focus on a certain skill, fully develop it and then move to the next one. This way you can build a very special and unique skill set and be very successful too. But always keep your current one thing central. “Success comes when you do A few things well.” PS. 12. A Van So to continue where I started..... Habit Streak (1): - Video a day
  13. Look into passive income streams, just to start you off the first google result https://realpassiveincomeideas.com/43-best-passive-income-streams-opportunities/
  14. I got some resources for YouTube: https://www.thinkwithgoogle.com/playbooks/youtube.html https://www.youtube.com/user/VideoCreatorsTV I don't know about the consulting tho. Probably good to get the word around that you're doing it and just start. That worked for me when I started creating websites, just do it. I would also recommend just giving people free consulting for like 5 times and when they like it they stay plus you get experience!
  15. Damn good video's, Subbed!
  16. Thanks! , as I was watching the video I was forgetting all the stuff he said in the beginning and I was thinking like I should write this down .
  17. This is sooo true for me as well. Any insecurity, for me it was not being intimate with girls. I never was intimate and it got to me at some point, also I still have to some point a generally low self-esteem. I always wonder how people can act like they got it all figured out when they really don't. I guess they just don't know. @Robert66 I agree with you on this point. It's all just an inner game. I'm still working on manifesting it. What helps for me is when I get triggered to just fully absorb it and watch carefully, try to uncover the beliefs that hold my insecurity in place.
  18. It is really hard to have patience I find but once I realize the bigger picture it all falls into place. If I use this 90 day period to setup a habit it will give me fruits the rest of my life. Everybody wants to do it now and do it fast. I think patience within that big picture understanding is also very essential when your trying to reach a goal. For me the key is to just keep reminding myself of the bigger picture. Second of all when developing a big picture understanding you always have the catch 22 problem "You don't know what you don't know" - Leo
  19. Hey Emily I'm Michael! Well I don't feel actualized either. But I have the next 80 year ahead of me to realize that lol. I'm now working towards finishing my school and after that getting ready to live in a van so I can travel around and work on myself on a low budget.
  20. For me 3 months works the best to really give it the full attention to form. Some people say 30 days but that has not worked for me. What helps me a lot to keep on going with only one habit for three months is putting it into perspective. Don't rush it! Remember dedicate 3 months to put the first good foundational habit into place that will server you for THE REST OF YOUR LIFE!
  21. A Van I got this great Idea to live in a van so from now on I will be working towards that. Everyday a new video on my channel about my journey from school kid living with his parents to living in a van and earning money whilst traveling.
  22. Back Need to keep myself accountable, to the one thing: Realizing my dreams. Otherwise I will get lost in thought again. Dreaming but not doing. Stagnating but not growing. Put pressure on myself.
  23. OMG I think I'm losing my grip, I need to pick myself off the ground. I need to keep pushing and creating. Why am I doing this to myself? THE PROBLEM WITH MY CURRENT LIFE IS THAT EVERYTHING IS JUST FINE! I GOT EVERYTHING I WANT BUT I'M NOT HAPPY. I'M JUST FINE. I'M NOT GREAT. I'M JUST FINE.
  24. Everyday Everyday I try, Everyday I walk, Everyday I stay, Everyday I envision, But I never do.
  25. I also freaking love this music! Have you heard of this channel STEEZYASFUCK https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCsIg9WMfxjZZvwROleiVsQg Good luck with your practice..
