i have been aware of nothingness while alseep after taking 5meo dmt. also a few times being aware of this nothingness continued when i woke up for maybe 10 seconds. its very hard to remember nothingness, its like trying to remember a dream you had months ago. the mind cant make sense of it words that come to mind to explain nothingness. bliss, infinity, energy, freedom. eternal.

That's what I hear, but I started off with 35mg and it didn't do much. Kept going up til I got the experience I wanted.

Anybody do the symmetrical movements that Martin ball talks about, last time I done 5meo, I done it standing it with my whole body, it was quite surprising as it came out of the blue and I had no control over it

The source is the only thing that exists. Like a thought is made from the same stuff as the laptop in front of you is. My point is there is no personal free will, there is no doer, no thinker of thoughts and no mover off the body. But yes you are source because source is the only thing there is, and it can do anything

Yes I am saying that I am as real as a character in a dream

I had some insights on stuff related to this through taking 5meo dmt. There's this infinite energy source, it's the only thing that exists, everything comes from and is made out of it. The character has no free will but the infinite energy source can do anything. Also it can seem like the character is suffering but there is no real suffering, because there is only one thing that exists.

I'm saying that there is no you to have free will in the first place, so no there is absolutely nothing you can do to discover truth. A character in a dream doesn't decide to cross the road, because the character doesn't really exist. Crossing the road either happens or it doesn't

My answer would be there is no personal you, surrender will either happen or it won't. You have as much free will as a character in a dream does

I have had experiences on 5meo where it was obvious to me that only what I was experiencing exists, and that not knowing can't exist, an outside world, other people. And that this experience is hologram like, with nothing behind it

Anybody ever taken 5meo, by swollowing it? And if so what we're the results. I was reading some were that HCI is best to be taken by swallowing it.

@AlwaysBeNice the longer you hold it in the more effect it will have. take a big hit, hold it in for as long as possible, it will send you to the moon.

@Real Eyes I had 5meo hcl that was pinkish and 5meo hcl that was yellowish, the pinkish one was better. i dont know the purity of either. I hear the more white it is the more pure it is, but i dont really know

@Azrael do you still think strong determination sitting is the best practice for awakening. and did you use strong determination sitting when on 5meo?

@Azrael how is " source " known or experienced. What is the experience like. I hear some teachers say it can't be known or percieved. And I think to myself if it can't be perceived how do you know it's there or exists.

How many times have you used 5meo, and over what period of time? It seems like your awakening of the mind and body weren't dramatic, it was just changes you noticed and immediately continued life as normal, correct? How long was it between the awakening of the mind and awakening of the body? What do you mean by source? @Azrael

the funny thing is almost all of the enlightened teachers who tell you not to seek, were themselves seeking intensely for years. their own life story contradicts what they are saying. plus trying not to seek is just another form of seeking.
