I might believe you, it depends on what you say.

Who gets to decide what ugliness in myself is? I'll take one for the team here lol.

Respectfully, I'm confused about the focus of there being so much ugliness in reality. I get it that there is, but I'm unsure about the conclusions drawn about it. I get that other people differ in taste. I don't focus on ugliness obsessively when it comes to living my life. Maybe I'm wrong.

I love this quote from the video "there is no spirituality without understanding." This is a key insight.

We are so attached to technology now that we don't socialize as much face to face as much anymore.

For me what happens is I have an intention to create well up after being influenced by other creators. I wouldn't call it a response to ugliness per se (although that could be too) -- but a desire, inspiration, motivation to create something.

I'm curious as to why this doesn't class as a moral judgment.

I like to cook and like food so I'm not the hugest health nut when it comes to cooking. Here's a couple I enjoy. I try to make something like this once a week. Right now I'm exploring soul food. Mostly I eat salads and healthier things.

It's funny that we're mentioning food because there's melody and rhythm in food too. It's analogous. But anyway, this is probably for a different thread. Check out "Sound of the Sea".

Look at the song Happy Birthday and try to find the melody and rhythm. There's a lot of melody in that song with minimal rhythm.

"Row row row your boat" is a great way to see the difference between melody and rhythm.

Just because I disagree with someone doesn't mean I need to carry any comparative animosity.

I feel like there is a lot of closed minded judging happening where you don't really understand someone but you want to put them in a box.

People only tolerate evil when they can stop it (have the power to stop it). So it's a power issue. If you're on the other side of evil that you can't control (power you don't have), your naivete about evil will disappear fast. It's easy to be ambivalent about power when you have the actual power to regulate a system.

I like @Emerald and would love to hear her recent insights and interaction on here now. A lot has changed since she last was on here.

It's really satisfying to me to see what people look like. It gives me more context when it comes to relating. I get it, it's a choice.

The next question then is: what constitutes epistemic proof for the proper judge in the process of meaning-making.
-
-
Believing someone is the inverse of correct epistemic process. I agree.

I don't think Leo has explained Alien Awakening yet, am I wrong?

I would see how that theory of everything actually factors into my day to day life. What does this theory do would be my question. Does it satisfy more than just a beautiful theory? Maybe that's enough.
