I think you should enjoy your life. For me this is key.

It is obsession with the cannot that is the problem fundamentally. The I can is not appreciated. So these layers of theory soothe the former IMO. -

This is the perfect neo-advaita summary. -

Sounds like this is all theory to you. -
Friendship is a tricky idea. Aristotle tried to define it. The duality between acquaintance vs. friend sometimes has a blur to it. The people who stick around in your life and honor that relation are more friendship material even if you clash sometimes.

What you are missing is this applies to you not me. -

Who is doing the imagining? -

Wouldn't the answer be if consistent that you are imagining me? -

Here is a question I have with this. If I can imagine something, does that mean it exists? How does this process work? -

Practice talking to everyone in a way that is engaging for everyone involved. Communication is attractive and deeper than most people are aware of.

Medieval life in a way was purer than we experience today. I can get into details here regarding relation and artistry. Attached is a good video to frame the issue.

Keep your goals and to dos in mind in writing if possible, even if they do not get done as fast as you want. This is working on intention. But the pacing of the actualization of intention is another matter. It is a combination of wanting to change, and allowing what happens to be good too. And not stressing either end of that paradox.

You have to trust your own taste, work on the artforms you want to create in, and be brave and somewhat independent, but still social.

You're middle aged without being old. It is a good time of life.

Age 36 thru 40 was a great time for me.

It depends on whether you are a leader or a follower. A node or a relation. But all of us are going through the same experience. -
@Emerald Yes and if someone sees the human as something to rid themself of, you can see where that misses the very first premise.

That is a key issue in philosophy. Many philosophers have argued that epistemology is just more metaphysics.

I think of not knowing like this. When I am going to play an improvisational solo I roughly know what I am going to do before I play it -- i.e., I am going to play a solo for 2 choruses when it is my turn to take a solo. But the not knowing is that I do not know exactly what I will play because the solo will be entirely improvised. The creation flows out of nothing which is the question or the not knowing.

Maybe the self is created.
