  1. I was just saying what a good show this was, when i started the first episode of season 4.... And i just cant help but feel like they ruined it. Is it going to be like this the whole season ? Frenchie's new romance just throws out everything that happend so far between him and Kimiko... and it is just out of nowhere for no apparent reason other than putting diversity into the show... they are using the same formula as before for every season, which is not only starting to get a bit old, but this time there is zero intricacy in it. we had corporate politics before and this kind of shit, now homelander just orders the Deep to blow A-Train and then they have to beat people to death, because thats part of the plan of a super intelligent supe somehow.... the new plot is homelander getting aided by a supe who is super intelligent ? did the even try coming up with something interesting ? But maybe its just the first episode and its going to get better ?
  2. Yes, losing virginity is pretty much meaningless once you are through it. With that being said, the solution for OP's problem is still getting competent in he's dating life.
  3. @Emotionalmosquito Im pretty sure you have to go through each stage anyway, its just that some people will get to green in their teenage years, while others are stuck with a blue core in their whole life. My understanding is again mostly based on what i learned from Leo. What we are talking about here is the development of self identity and how we relate to the world. So you start off as an infant, with no sense of self at all. Then at some point you will have the realisation that there is you and there are others. Then as your competence grows in childhood so will your sense of identity develop too. Your parents will expect you to behave in a certain way, you get introduced to society, you get more responsibilities in life, and so on. These are soft limitations on your development, meaning they are supposed to be aligned with your cognitive competence and can be done in a wildly different pace and quality, BUT you cant skip them. Hard limitations of your self identity is your body and mind. I would imagine an alien who does not have to eat and can heal itself has a totally different way of relating to the world as we do. So does a yogi who tears down he's sense of separation from the world. If we are to develop our culture it is vital to understand these concepts, but thats a different post. (I already spent like an hour just to articulate this much... This is why Leo is a genius)
  4. I'm addressing you wanting to give up life here. That hopelessness what you feel is exactly what you need. Feel into it. You are fucked beyond redemption, so just give up. BUT GIVE UP COMPLETELY! Fuck it all. Give up doing ANYTHING anymore for the sake of this futile existence. Go into it more and more like this. Eventually you realize nothing will satisfy you in life. Fulfilling your needs won't make the suffering go away either. You are just delaying the inevitable. So just give them up too. Get rid of all your "wants" and needs. If you go into it deep enough that will include the need of ending life too. Then realise how useless thinking is. It never helped you! No thought is worthy of existence. So same as everything else, just give up thinking. JUST. GIVE. UP. Now all you have is your breath and sensory perceptions. This is your meditation. Welcome to spirituality 😉
  5. Don't forget that they have to go trough their own development. Like in spiral development, one has to explore each stage and most people do this unconsciously. They can go through it rather quickly, especially if you will be present in their lives and do a good job at providing a good background for them. Kid's are like sponge, they are going to learn through osmosis and one highly conscious parent is already a blessing. You can stand guard and make sure they are not stuck in any major traps in life, but you cant guarantee they will be interested in consciousness work. Most people are not interested in meditation etc. What you can do is being in the present when they are around, just cultivate presence in them, Eckhart Tolle style. Leo has a video, "How to raise Rockstar kids" I think everything I would have to say is said there. And then you can worry about their spiritual development when they are grown ups. I also have to admit I don't know what I'm talking about, this is just my opinion.
  6. Yes, I would be interested. Fuck yeah
  7. So I just wanted to make an update because I talked shit... I like the new album and I even like Tobey after listening to it with proper headphones.
  8. I felt suicidal before, but really counsciously contemplated suicide only once. When i was 17/18 my suffering was unbearable and i tought why not just end it ? My conclusion was purely pragmatic: Even if it is going to be only suffering my whole life, im going to live only this one time and then it is going to be over... so i should just let it happen and see the end of it. My next tought was i'll be breathing my whole life so im just going to focus on that and let everything else go.
  9. Thank you for sharing. I hope im not being cringe here, i just wanted to give you my best wishes.
  10. I only listened to Tobey so far and I'm kinda scared to hear the rest.... Tobey was hot garbage
  11. I like the whole black trash album, but the reason I'm mentioning it over anything else is because of this song. What a surprise!
  12. Why do you guys take everything so literally? Could not it be, that when he says fuck tony Robbins it is just a figure of speech? That he only says that to elevate the Gangsternes of Big B in a poetic manner?
  13. I'm shocked how Noone mentioned the fact that vegans have to take B12 supplements to be healthy. It's essential and you only get it from meat. The crocodile metaphor makes sense to me. One of the thing It implies that we are putting maybe 15 thousand years of evolution (agriculture) against multiple 100.000 years of evolution. Which is a really interesting discussion by the way. The point is today's society/culture is going too much against our nature which helped us survive and has been developing for millions of years. The modern lifestyle which allows us to discard survival tactics like eating meat is literally a newborn. 15 thousand years is nothing in terms of evolution in the classical sense. On the other hand, to be a developed person means to go against our long term nature even more. If we want to develop the human culture and be different than animals we have to put our big brain to use. IMO in nutrition we should be following the principle of long term evolution if health is your first value to go by. With that being said we should work on closing "animal factories" ASAP! But my post is already getting away too long.
  14. Thank you. I was sure I read this before word to word but was not sure what to make of it.
  15. I joined a Facebook group a few days ago for memes and reaction pics. One of the first posts I saw was: "send me reaction pics for when I have to respond to incels" or something like that. It's disheartening to see stuff like this, but that's just the internet for you I guess. "As long as you can be fooled, you deserve to be" That's my favorite Alan Watts quote and it's true in every situation in life. As long as you are playing the blaming game, you deserve to be blamed. And if you don't care for that stuff, just please be kind to each other.
  16. I can easily imagine a situation where a homeless guy can provide more value to someone's life than a gamer guy. That's how bad gaming can get. Lol (just kidding but it's also true) First of all you literally wrote that you are suicidal. I hope that's not true, but if it is please seek help other than an online forum. Then realise how fucked up that is. That is over attachment cranked up to an extreme. Generally speaking the more you develop yourself the less attached you get in life. And then realise that unhealthy attachment = neediness. Do you realise that's the most unattractive you can ever get to a woman? It shows that your relationship with her was the highest value in your life, which means you don't have a lot going on for yourself. It shows that you don't have other options, meaning other woman would not choose you (why would she then?). It shows that you are emotional and not grounded. (no masculine attraction). Etc What value could the homeless fellow have that you dont: non-judgemental, not needy, probably more experienced than you are just in general, living the life attitude (doing stuff opposite of you stuck at your monitor), more exciting. Just a few that came to my mind. Also look up Diogenes, one of my favorite figures. 😁
  17. Letting go and being present. Eckhart Tolle is a great master of this. Life purpose is of course great, but if you are already down in life and things are not going well it's not going to work for a lot people.
  18. Did not they mean it smooths the brain? LMAO I would be surprised if it really gave you smooth brain.. Lol
  19. I'm sorry I had to.
  20. Journaling is huge. You can just write shit down, anything as long as you are not using it to reinforce your own bullshit. And then there are proper techniques like sentence completion.
  21. Anyone who ever did any sort of consciousness work knows that you can't always get in a meditate state on command. It's better to save your LSD for a time when you will be able to do work. We are doing psychedelics for that reason here. That's what they are trying to tell you. In my opinion you can go outside and still get value out of it. But don't be tripping balls. Test it out first especially since you are not even familiar with your stuff. I guess since you bought it legally there so you can't get in that sort of trouble. psychedelics can be used in more than just one way, but they can and will harm you if you are not responsible. That does not mean you can't have a good time with them. Just please be responsible! it's not a plaything.
  22. I'm about to take shrooms today and it just so happens that the next weekend would be also an ideal time to take them. Now I know that you should wait 2 weeks in between trips to get the full effect and I always did that, but what would happen if I took them next weekend too? Would it be completely wasted? Or would it be just a little less effective? Or a lot? (I'm asking only because of my schedule. I'll see if the time will feel right etc, and I advise everyone to do the same.)
  23. @Rigel @Rigel @shree@shree Hey, the tags are bugged out on my phone sorry about that. I'll definitely try out the tea, the coffee I'm not so sure about lol. What shrooms would you recommend growing for a beginner? Shree, I have been aching to try DMT, but never heard about 4-ACO before. What it is like? From the price point of view it really seems worth it, I mean you get a trip for a few Euros, that's just straight up the best deal in the history of deals if you excuse my memes.
  24. @Rigel I would love to grow my own golden teachers one day. Should not be too much hassle either once you get there right? I am yet to try making tea from shrooms. I am really noob on this side. Gotta be my next experiment!
  25. @bambi I get depressed if I stay too long in my apartment. Nature is good for contemplation, but mostly you want to be alone. If anything I should have just postponed the trips since I felt from the beginning that meditation will be hard that day.
