  1. Yes that's easy to prove. But when you start to belive that there is no self and nothing exists. That's a kind of unlogical. When there is attachment to these thoughts how to deal? in general I think mindfulness will help.
  2. It seems that meditaiton is backprocessing and realising control, but with every new material, information we gather more and more of knowledge. How to not know? Is there a direct way to realese knowledge?
  3. Present moment just is, So how can now contain controll. There is illusion of controll which is something different. In episode Free will vs determination, Leo explains that. and if you dig into you'll probably see it by yourself.
