  1. @Leo Gura you must have not read his Autobiography. He has written a little bit on politics and government. His interest in this was the reason why he had had a commune in the first place. His thoughts on society weren't of the highest caliber, but I think he took it seriously.
  2. @Sucuk Ekmek you know nothing about economy. It's your job to fix it. Man up and pull yourself by the bootstraps. Whininnig about current system like some radical leftist feminist about men is not going to take you far. Work to understand why current monetary system is the way it is. It's not only because of "bad people" or "globalist elite". Saying that is akin to leftists calling everyone they don't like nazis. And try to think through the repercussions of changes you would like to make to the monetary system. Because it is A SYSTEM. With all the parts connected. I will wrap it up by saying that dollar's value is not in some stupid paper, as it wouldn't be in some stupid gold bars. It's value is stability of the US political system, military, IT industry and US' role in the global oil trade.
  3. @Staples isn't it still just hallucinating answers? Or has something changed with the 4th version?
  4. @Nilsi you are sharp today. I agree with your position in this discussion.
  5. I have liked your playlist. Listened to it many times.
  6. @Sucuk Ekmek I say so because gold and silver are metals of little use in current global economy, so they are not worth much. Why would they be used to guarantee value of something else if they by themselves have little value? Although they are of little use, they are not of no use. People storing them would take them out of supply for doing useful things. And people would store copious amounts of these metals, because they are not worth much. That would increase their price and in the end the only result of this idiotic policy would be disturbances in the electronics market. This is some nonsensical, Stalin-like commie level of market manipulation. The problem with economy is that it's so big nothing can really back it up, other than military power and energy resources.
  7. You guys are funny. I have taken the weirdest of things to dates. My big big digeridoo, mini chess that we were playing on a regular sized table in the park xD, blankets, I love taking blankets to dates and sitting by a river or something, very big hammock is nice too, printed pages of poetry that we were reading to each other up some hill, board games, there are some small-packaged fast-paced games out there. I have a shit-ton of ideas. Some crazy, like pulling out an inflatable boat out of the trunk of my car as a surprise, give her a paddle and go down a river. No-one expects shit like that. You need a proper kind of girl for it, and maybe not on a first or second date, xD, but crazy hot girls love crazy man's ideas. Oh an action video recorder, or professional camera is a nice toy to have on a date. And like I have said earlier, simple music instruments are great. Especially in a setting like a fireplace. You can also buy a slackline and setup it somewhere in the garden or wherever. It's a lot of fun.
  8. @Leo Gura He does learn from others, but he obviously has disregard for professional academics and doesn't treat their work seriously. His understanding of globalism is so poor, and his takes on politics so emotional. From the smartest man in the world I would expect more nuanced thinking on why the world looks like it looks right now and where it is going. And also he lacks humility, that is what I have meant by saying his problem is his ego. https://gab.com/ChrisLangan Just take a look at his feed. I would understand if he took it all as a shit-posting exercise, but it looks like he is taking it all seriously. Chris Langan is not going to solve any important social issue and neither is he going to start a revolution (which he often talks about).
  9. @Leo Gura It won't fly when analyzing society, and in many other branches of science, too. To know what happens in society you need a lot of data, you can't collect it yourself, it's too much work and resources. Available data has been collected by making use of certain methodologies and for use with certain pre-existing theoretical models. It's already heavily "human contaminated" by this point.
  10. His ego is the problem. He thinks he is so smart he can skip learning from others and figure out everything from ground zero by himself. Surprise, surprise, it doesn't work, as seen by observing his political takes. It turns out that even the smartest monkey is still a monkey with very limited capabilities compared to the complexity of social and physical realities.
  11. You are talking nonsense. This is some folk economics, akin to people saying you can have a psychedelic trip by smoking a banana peel. Gold and silver are not important in the grand scheme of things at all. It's an old economic myth that it would change anything, just like this banana peel I have mentioned is an old myth about drugs.
  12. Isn't it like a "oh they are going to arrest me, please protest" into "thank you guys you did it, they hadn't arrested me" type of manoeuvre?
  13. DMT is awesome
  14. It will never fly, it has way too high of an effective dose. If so much ergot was produced, to facilitate production of this compund, then the world would be flooded with illegal lsd for cents, because of how easily source material would become available on the grey market. Chemists that for now can't would start synthing it. 250 mg per single dose of Br-LSD, that's 2500 x 100 mcg LSD doses.
  15. Free association technique is for you when you don't know what to say next, not for derailing every thing someone says
  16. No. I am talking about The Millionaire Fastlane by MJ DeMarco, and other books of the same author, who is the creator and administrator of the aforementioned The Fastlane Forum.
  17. @EugeneTheSage Emojis are supported everywhere by the operating system nowadays, so there shouldn't be any technical problem with using emojis ?
  18. Instant Pots can cook rice and have stainless steel pots. I have the Silvercrest branded Instant Pot from Lidl, it works great and also cooks beans really fast. Can double up as a pressure cooker for sterilizing grain jars for DIY mushroom cultivation
  19. @UnbornTao RemNote is also markdown, and has flashcard system. Great for studying medical stuff and some other learning purposes. OneNote or RemNote, if you want to study hard. Default Notes app on iPhone and MacOS is quite good, too. It might not have the easiest back-up option, but it's a too popular platform to ever get deprecated. All markdown editors are future-proof, too.
  20. @supremeyingyang It is quite shallow in a sense, a lot of immature people browsing it and posting there. Very ideological place and the books are full of ideology, too. But I don't know the names of places where more mature entrepreneurs meet, so I will upkeep your recommendation. It's quite ok, and may be life-changing for people who have no experience with business/management.
  21. Health-obsessed purity freaks can learn chemistry, buy some glassware and perform distillation or recrystallization of any compound they get. This way you will always get 99% purity or as pure as you can get. This is a suggestion only for responsible, intelligent adults dedicated to psychedelics solo-research.
  22. He has a good intro to chemistry series, though. I mean practical stuff.
  23. @LSD-Rumi You are right, but also my point stands still, too, I don't want important stuff to be shown on video, I want to be able to listen the whole time But I guess one could still listen to the workshop format you've proposed. The workshop wouldn't be as dense with info as what we have now, though. And Leo if anything should be making even more dense arguments, not less, because the teachings have been kind of diluted since a few years ago.
  24. It's a podcast. I think one should be listening to videos like that by going on a walk and not killing their backs and eyesight by sitting in front of the computer or smartphone.
  25. It starts to get a little bit dangerous for the body over 10 grams. Not for people with cardiovascular problems. It won't kill you, but there is a guy who got part of his limb amputed after around 160 mg of 4-HO-MET which is an analogue of psilocin. Assuming 10 mg per gram, that would be around 16 grams, but shrooms can vary, for most shrooms I think it would be like 20+ grams to get to that level of dosage. I have done a very high dose of 4-HO-MiPT, 70 mg. It was easier to deal with than 60 mg of the same compund, or 50 mg of 4-PrO-DMT. I don't recommend dosing higher than 4 and lower than 7-8 grams of mushrooms. 5, 6 and 7 gram doses are difficult experiences, but not breakthroughs. It's challenging to deal with 2 hours of almost breaking through but not really, painful physically and mentally.
