  3. @Solvinden I linked you the video because of the idea of "Growing some teeth" in regards to your first statement about not being able to stand for yourself. Clearly, you are intelligent and you have the right to defend your ideas. The main ideas are at 3:57.
  4. @Pernani Get that Kundalini book from Leo's book list, it helps out a lot with the symptoms you are having.
  5. @Preetom Check Leo's Blog video where he talks about the survival paradigm. @h inandout I love this answer, and you are spot on!!! @Ether bruh wyd on the forum, your self inquiry could be improving this very second!!
  6. @jwkspeck This is absolutely incredible.. wow.. @JustinS
  7. @Shin Navy Seal David Goggins did over 4,000 pull ups in 17 hours. He prepared for over a year by doing 67,000 in a year. He used to weigh +295 lbs. He lost 100 in 3 months. He can run +205 miles straight.
  8. @How to be wise I am assuming that he took that his viewers have common sense and already avoid/minimize fast foods. Since the channel is about serious actualizers, distinguishing the differences in healthy eating is one of the first things that one should be doing.
  9. @Dan Arnautu Very well then, best of luck. That book demands a lot of respect... treat it with caution Do not let it become a crutch for you in social situations. Balance my friend
  10. @Dan Arnautu What is your intention by reading this book?
  11. @Saumaya For real, +1 Rep!!! @Joseph Maynor
  12. As you are reading this, you are using technology. I get it. But, how many of you have minimized the usage of it? More and more, sites are designed to systematically manipulate your attention span, and give you dopamine to keep you hook on their sites for as long as possible. I am starting to realize the effects this is having on everyone in my family and I hope that you take a serious look at the amount of screen time you spend wasting it scrolling nonsense like Facebook feeds or watching videos as a distraction from doing something in real life. There is a time and place for everything, and I promise you, speaking to your loved ones in real life is worth a million likes.
  13. @Shanmugam That is the plan @Faceless Yet look how little we do of it? @Shin This meme hurts
  14. @Shanmugam No more Video watching for 5 out of 7 days. Is it possible? What am I going to replace it with? 1. Reading, journaling, and a lot more thinking/understanding.
  15. Systematically giving up all of the ego's favorite toys. No more bodily pleasure, i am undermining the ego's selfishness. (I am doing no fap, 30 days in/ Goal is 365 days) Self Control is one of my top 5 strengths, I am a very disciplined person and would like some other advice on what to give up. Here are some more things I am tackling: 1. Zero Junk Food. No sweets, no salts. 2. No fap 3. No sleeping in (What I currently working on) 5:30am, no ego in the morning is the goal. 4. Being aware and staying alert as a hobby. Restful sitting. 5. No Judgement on others (This one is a struggle) 6. Maintaining equanimity of mind, no matter the external environment) 7. Merging into the Now, without egoic reactions. Please drop some things I can do to torture myself. Thx
  16. @Outer @MofO @Shanmugam Have you applied Spiral Dynamics to this and thought about the long term effects? Are we really about to become zombies who stay in there rooms all day long and have everything done for us? It seems that all of the business men are pushing a lot of new technologies, but take a look at their well being. They cannot even sit still for 2 minutes.
  17. @egoless Do you have credibility? What is the end goal, career wise? Making money, but specifically how?
  18. @PeterRck Are you on a juice fast? I am currently doing a detox!
  19. You know what is shocking and perhaps horrifying the deeper you look into it? We have no idea what our potential is as human beings. How can we talk talk so much as a species about aliens, or Gods, or other astral creatures far out in different dimensions , when we haven't truly tapped into our own inner genius? Our own inner power? What is even more shocking, is that, maybe everyone was born as a genius, but not everyone is able to express it in an authentic way because their strengths were not watered with love and nourishment. Oh, the agony! Here are some quotes by Gurjeff, who has a bone chilling perspective on the matter at hand, and here is a video by Leo (Once which I recommend watching multiple times) that will show you how asleep you really are to your potential.) Gurjeff Quotes “It is very difficult also to sacrifice one's suffering. A man will renounce any pleasures you like but he will not give up his suffering.” “Man has no individual i. But there are, instead, hundreds and thousands of separate small "i"s, very often entirely unknown to one another, never coming into contact, or, on the contrary, hostile to each other, mutually exclusive and incompatible. Each minute, each moment, man is saying or thinking, "i". And each time his i is different. just now it was a thought, now it is a desire, now a sensation, now another thought, and so on, endlessly. Man is a plurality. Man's name is legion.” “Better to die than live in sleep.” “Only super-efforts count.” @Leo Gura This video was bone chilling, and I hope you discuss more about this in the future!
  20. @Aquarius Did you watch the video? How deeply have you grasped what he is saying? I wonder if @Leo Gura can elaborate. @Steph1988 Is there any more points you would like to add? I am curious...
  21. What could you improve? I want authenticity from you. For me, I want to become more clear on what it is I want out of life. I want to negotiate a good life for myself, and not have shame for indulging in pleasures when I feel that I deserve it. How do you know that you are working at your best? What if you could be 5x more efficient? That's a scary but shocking realization when you wake up to what you could accomplish in this lifetime, whether its to drop all of the ego's games, meditate consistently, or have a career that you're passionate about. (Just some thoughts while listening to Jordan Peterson's New Book. Also, combining it with @Leo Gura 's LP Course.
  22. @Slade Lots of traditions around the world have Holy Hours, in which praying, contemplating, and meditating should be done in order to the highest spiritual growth. The hours of 4-7am are the most crucial for someone who is on the path to awakening to his potential (IMO) This could be used for: Meditating, Working out, Praying ---> Showering. Imagine that to start the day at 4 am
  23. @Saumaya I am waking up to this Truth in my direct experience and I am shocked beyond words as to the potential that is possible, for ALL human beings. I might shed tears.
