  1. It isn't necessary for me to share mine, because you have your life to live with all of the content inside of yours. Create tabs for the major areas of your life, and then break them down into micro concepts. Tie each of them together. Be creative and find a way to blend them up into a LP stew. Good luck!
  2. @Leo Gura Are you going to shoot another Systems Thinking video to help people understand this on a deeper level? Let the holistic thinking begin!
  3. For all of you currently dealing with the muck of self inquiry, this one is for you.
  4. @pluto I started a concentration practice a few weeks ago on top of meditation and this phenomena was the byproduct. Interesting how we are all having this strange occurrence! @electroBeam
  5. Has anyone had an experience with a re-occurring black dot during meditation and occasionally during day to day activities? This link was the best article i could find on the topic: http://raiseyourvibration.com/meditation-and-the-black-dot/
  6. @WildeChilde This was overwhelmingly beautiful.
  7. @Mikael89 It's sort of looks like that visual phenomena when you try to look with your left eye where only your right eye can see? But your nose is in the way? Probably not the most accurate description but yeah it is possible.
  8. @Prabhaker @lmfao If your mood is getting worse like that be prepared for an ego backlash or some purging soon. Its going to suck and feel never ending, but there's gold on the other side. Good luck and stick with it!
  9. @Gligorije Have an intent and work on being vulnerable.
  10. I am 20 now, but here's what happened: 5 years ago, I was thinking about why i exist and what the heck is going on here on this planet... I was sitting in my room and my mind chatter was going wild. It wasn't negative, but it was in a rush for some reason. I questioned to myself, "What is it? What should i do?" I demanded an answer. Back then, i relied almost completely on intuition, i heavily identified with it and i trusted my gut a lot more back then than logic or any type of reasoning for that matter, and it brought me a good amount of success surprisingly. As i was sitting there with what i thought was monkey mind, i was struck with a clear definite answer that threw me onto the floor in tears. I was shocked, the answer screamed at me. My Life Purpose was to make my passion a full time business that could support my dream. Since then, i have been working on it and making small pivots to make it a reality. BUT, now i am at a crucial part, where i must commit my full being to what matters most to me. My LP and consciousness work. Any input would be appreciated (I think that ill post in a Self Actualized Journal from here...) Thanks you guys!
  11. @Vadim26 @K VIL Yesterday was Global Running Day so i took the initiative to start a podcast called the Mental Mileage Podcast. I have all the equipment i need to start it, i just needed a reason, a why. I couldn't have thought of a better reason to start! Also, i put a deadline on myself to get it up and running so i stay committed to it. I have until Mid July to set up everything! Thanks guys

  13. @LastThursday There is no answer from the mind
  14. @Peaches9 @zoey101 could you help her out with your personal experience?
  15. How about going meta on the voice? Who is listening to the voice? The voice can only chat with itself. The mind can only speak to the mind. There is a presence that is aware of the voice. Once this distinction is seen, the mind's power over "you" will begin to crumble. @Rilles
  16. @Chrissy j This video was sooo good. At first i was reactive and defensive, as i was scared to see the amount of chimpery i engage in. I think this video is an attempt to get you to realize the human condition and just how deeply we are embedded into society. I mean, almost 95% of people are contributing to the chimpery. Money, sex, status and power run most people's lives, doesnt it? Look at how unfufilled it makes them? (us). When you let go of the tit of entertainment you can take a step back and see how caught up we are, its remarkable how much time we spend in complete distraction. Watch this video again in 3 months, and see where you're at in retrospect, see how much chimpery you have done since then. It will blow your mind.
  17. @zoey101 Have you watched the video on How to Deal w Strong Negative Emotions? That video + Time digesting it helps a ton!
  18. @sarapr Take a look past their nose jobs and see how much suffering is going on behind their face, then tell us you don't feel empathy or compassion for them...
  19. Clarification: This post was from Leo's "BluePrint" a long time ago, i don't know where the original post is anymore but i had saved it to my OneNote a long time ago and now here it is. Enjoy friends.
  20. @Spinoza Find a partner, set a goal, or sign up for a race. Make it more fun than challenging since you're easing back on it. You know how long it takes to get good and enjoy it.
  21. @Rilles Good stuff good stuff. How about being conscious in this moment, and when the next moment arises, that moment? And when you catch yourself falling asleep to your patterns, that moment?
  22. @Lynnel My moms advice: Make sure you visit your doctor before you go so you can get your shots. Do a ton of research beforehand. My mom recommends visiting Delhi. She also says be careful of your surroundings when you're there.
