@-Rowan For me, the process has been highly non-linear. I always take note when i have a good insight or thought, so i try to piece it together piece by piece. This method works if you identify with being highly intuitive, i guess. For me, the best time to get insights (if it were to be a set time) would be right after working out when my brain is flowing and my body had just been put through some type of challenge/stress. What is that "activity" for you?

@-Rowan A psychedelic could help if you really have the intention to find that answer. If you want to find that answer to your ZoG, try to spend more time in nature and connecting with your higher self. From my experience, trying to "Brute Force" an answer so meaningful like your ZoG, is rare. Usually those kind of answers come when you least expect it, so be ready. Keep a pen and paper handy, and expect the answer at an unusual time. Hope this helps point you in the right direction.

@tashawoodfall Cutting out social media (even just a for a while) will boost your baseline happiness by 10-20%. That is, if you can get past the with-drawl symptoms

@TripleNipple Try and stay aware for as long as you can and check in on yourself every 15 minutes to see how little awareness you (me included) really have. This will relate to your meditation practice tremendously when you realize that most of your day, you weren't aware. -
@lmfao Try clearing those 8 extra tabs you got running in the background mate.

Lately I have been fascinated with optimizing my living space so that I can work with systems in order to get things done. Over the past few months, here are some of the systems I have created. Feel free to share your systems as well! 1.) I prepare my clothes for the next day and lay them next to my bed, so that when i wake up, i do not have to worry about "What should I wear?" (This is really a waste of mental energy IMO) 2.) I have a desk that is CLEANED properly (No extra items, only the essentials needed to work or study) In order to keep this desk clean, I clean up and organize things/put them back in their place once I am finished. This reset prevents procrastination. Also, the key with studying for me is setting aside 30 minutes minimum, and placing my phone on the charger in my closet, so that i cannot hear or see it! (Refer to the book Deep Work by Cal Newport for more info...) 3.) I placed a meditation cushion and seat next to my bed, where i can do SDS. This chair stays clean, and I place a timer on top of it so that i can record and document how long i was able to meditate. (A stop watch is 100x better than a phone, because the stop watch doesn't text you!) 4.) In terms of health, I have a big jug of water placed next to my bed, which is full at all times, so i don't have to leave my room in order to get water multiple times a day. 5.) I have placed a pen and a notebook in my car, so that if i happen to get an insight while driving, i can quickly note that for future reference in my common place book. Key Takeaways - 1.) Infrastructure is a lot more helpful than you think. It takes a lot of time in order to set it up, but once you are in the flow of a system, you feel amazing and things go by much more smoother. 2.) You would be surprised how much a little change in infrastructure could impact your day-to-day. Whether its taking your TV out and placing a book shelf, or removing all junk food and going to the health store once a week. These actions add up! I hope that these were helpful

@Andreas Have you ever asked yourself, "What is a belief?"

@Genghis Khan I had an idea about this a while back but never got around to actually taking action and researching about it. Well, that stops today! Thanks for the share.

Fulfillment and an updated video on what truly matters in life.

How much more suffering will you endure? How much more will you delude yourself into thinking you have more time? How many more times will you say, " I'll start meditating, or doing yoga, or exercising (...insert ANYTHING your not doing here...) tomorrow..or next week?" How many more times will you let yourself slide? Just to get through the night... One more hit of unconsciousness is all i need... When are you going to say enough is enough? ... Who is listening to your excuses?

@waking_dreams Great video, right? I agree with you, this training method would be good for someone who is new to the gym. Although for an experienced athlete, it would need to be more complicated and nuanced. With your powerlifting example, I think it is still doable to train powerlifting each day, but thats where the amount of intensity makes a huge difference. Most days of training should be for volume and fun, not intensity. Then again, that might be very taxing on your nervous system, especially if you go more than 70% of your max multiple times a week.

@Pernani AHHH, such a good point my friend. Self Awareness. You have to know your likes, your dislikes, your strengths, and your short comings. Once you can figure those out, if you live them through direct experience, your opportunities to expand them open up tremendously, especially when you do something you enjoy doing. Use your top strength, and notice the thoughts and feelings associated with them once you are doing that "thing" (I am referring the the LP course) Try that and let me know what you discover!

@Leo Gura Pretty sure this is going to be a common theme on the forum until you make a video metaphysics of happiness, or a video on fulfillment. -
